The jackfruit products that I have enjoyed most have always been "carnitas" for tacos. I agree that it isn't bad for pulled pork but it is tough to replicate pulled pork.
You really have to make it yourself the same way you make a good pulled pork. Most places don’t let it marinate and simmer for hours. If you do that though oooo it’s good.

Edward's, Sara Lee, and Marie Callenders, are all popular frozen pies and all have similar flavors. I'd love to see them together in a blind taste test to see which is best! 💙
They have done that before. Look up: “Whats the best frozen pizza? Taste test” They tried brands like Red Barron and Digorno and other popular brands like that.

It also looks to similar to other, existing logos. Like the Musically logo or King Ranch logos. This are VERY similar to their new logo.

My mom LOVED this!! She is vegan and she likes when you guys post vegan food taste tests so she knows what she should try and what not. And she totally 100% agrees with you guys about most vegan pizzas being rubbery and everything!!
If she is vegan why does she need non vegans to tell her what to try? Do non vegans find more obscure brands, or find better tasting brands?

The bit with Stevie saying "These are (insert food here)" and Rhett or Link repeating it back always makes me laugh every single time lol
The part that made me laugh the most was near the end. "Vegan free Ice cream? So it's just normal ice cream?"
The chopped up pieces of vegan in the ice cream are actually made of beef.
It means no flesh from vegan humans were used...
I prefer the old logo. I feel like I have seen that M before at several places. It is not unique. But I love watching mythical anyhow.

That would be quite hard to execute I imagine, they’d either have to drive hours or have the food flown over and it would be awkward, expensive and probably not feasible although I appreciate the idea.

Excited that Nics on Beverly made an appearance. I watched Try Guy Keith eat their whole menu and it all looked so promising. Will definitely try it myself on an upcoming trip to LA.
Nic's really impressed me. I would definitely try to go there for lunch or dinner. We went for brunch on the weekend and the menu was more limited and we didn't get to eat some of the things we wanted to try. The pizza was still on the brunch menu though, and it really was excellent!

It's definitely becoming easier than like ten years ago when the options were potato chips and packing peanuts (like vegan food), but I also work at a large grocery store with a whole section for gluten-free food so ik Im lucky

Been vegan for almost 4 years. Loved seeing this episode. I do agree on jackfruit pulled pork… never been my favorite.
I like the concept but I feel like all the pre-made versions use a sweet sauce & combined with the sweet jackfruit it’s just….sweet

I tried the Birds Eye Buffalo Style Cauliflower Wings because of this episode and am thrilled to report that they’re pretty fire.

The M should’ve been the other way, symbolising Rhett, the taller one, on the left! I know Mythical encompassed much much more than Rhett and Link, or even GMM, but still that would’ve been a nice little feature.
