- ▶️Hundreds of young army recruits train to fight in the Arakan Army in training camps in Myanmar's Kachin state, on the border with China.
👉The Arakan Army (AA) formed in 2009 is currently fighting in Rakhine State, home of the Rohingya, against Myanmar government forces.
The Arakan Army say that they have a current force of 7,000 troops. The Arakan Army is one of the four ethnic insurgent groups that make up the Northern Alliance coalition in Myanmar. The remaining three are: the Kachin Independence Army (KIA); the Ta-ang Liberation Army (TNLA); and, the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA). The Arakan Army is in the midst of some heavy fighting as ongoing ceasefire negotiations with the Aung San Suu Kyi - led government and Myanmar military stumble forward.
More than 750,000 Rohingya were driven out of Rakhine State by Myanmar forces and fled to Bangladesh in 2017. Top Myanmar officials are under investigation by international rights groups for crimes against humanity.

the weapons they actually use to fight are in bad shape. They don't even get 2 magazines of ammunition per soldier. they are very undersupplied. the guns in this video are just for show.

This is not ARSA they are rohingya insurgency group. This group is Arakan army Arakanese Bhuddhist. They don’t get along because of religious reason . But recently AA military chief have open arm to Rohingya to fight military together. He want peace between the two communities.
