- Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar met with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Kremlin, discussing various issues, including the Ukraine conflict. Jaishankar tweeted about the meet sharing that he conveyed PM Modi's greetings and a personal message to Putin. He also thanked Putin for his guidance on the future developments of Indo-Russian ties. Putin extended an invitation for Prime Minister Narendra Modi to visit Russia next year, expressing willingness to share information on a peaceful resolution

Usually FM meets FM only and President meets their counterparts.
