Yes apparently it does that sometimes, somehow the writing flips over to the other side... You can see the territory in East Siberia with apparently having no writing on it.
If you think of it, it's kind of amazing how the engine just puts the writing on almost perfectly most of the time, no matter the shape of the nation/s, while it actually is not that easy a task. so apparently occasionally it messes up...
I have seen it on other videos from Drew... if I remember correctly it has always been east siberian territories which had that happen to them
