This is the longplay of The Lion King, action and platform game developed by Walt Disney Computer Software and distributed by Virgin Interactive for various consoles. The game was released in 1994 on almost all consoles, and in 1995 on the Game Gear and NES (it was the last game on this console).
Lion King is based on the film of the same name, released in 1994 and which was hugely successful, becoming a timeless Disney classic. In the game, the character Simba needs to go through the stages, whose unfolding of the story is very faithful to the movie, which tells the story of the young lion Simba, who feels guilty for the murder of his father, King Mufasa, and flees his kingdom. , unaware that the death was orchestrated by his uncle Scar to seize power.
In this games we control Simba, who initially has roars and can jump on enemies and as an adult he gains more abilities. There are two bars at the top of the screen. The one on the left is the noise meter, which must be fully charged for Simba's roar to be effective. To the right of the screen is the health bar, which decreases when Simba is injured. Health can be restored through the insects that Simba feeds on. There are a variety of shapes and sizes, but some rare insects are harmful to health too!
At the beginning of the game, Simba is a puppy and he needs to jump on enemies and give his roars to beat them, as well as solving puzzles. As an adult, in addition to his previous abilities, Simba also gains strength to use his claws and throw enemies from high places.
It's a good game, but relatively challenging and true to the movie.
I hope you enjoy the video. - Hry
This game takes me back. One of my favorites on the snes.
One of my favorite SNES Games I love The Lion King.
I don't know if you've seen the film in computer-generated images, but it's really excellent
Mufasa: everything the Light touches is our Kingdom
Very underrated game.
As Adult Simba, I always pounce on the enemy and perform the multi-attack to make things easier.
Still a masterpiece of a gam even today, I’d love to play this again.
To those who don't know about Adult Simba's hidden command technique, the [Pounce n' Slash], you jump and the hold the down button (successfully make it count) on the enemy _(leopard, hyena, and Scar)_ and then repeatedly mash the Slash button for additional damage before you (likely) get pushed away.
The law of jungle, the law of fittest, power is the truth who rules everything. Heroes n vilains from both sides.
I loved this game! So hard...but so playable!
The Two Time's 2X🏆 Was here... 🤝

Happy trails, Scar.
This game used to frustrate me when I was a kid, I hated that I couldn’t save my progress cuz there was this 1 level I could never get through and I would have to start from the beginning again
Love this game

Only on Snes due small resolution Sega port is way more easy to complete

I love Lion King, both the original movie and this game. Still own the copy. People always say it's very hard, but I can beat Difficult without much problem. Concentration is the key.

Cool
If you do play both Kirby’s Dreamland 3 and Kirby Super Star, please do it 2-Player.
All of the extra pixels from the emulator make it look more like a genesis and less like an SNES.
wp xravenXP :)
I still remember what it took me to complete the second stage.
I never completed it smh

25:39 Mufasa.
This game reminds me a lot of the jaguar deity for pre-Inca cultures, especially the Mochica culture. Videogame is also tradition and culture.
The game isn't bad, but unfortunately I made the mistake of swapping it for Street Fighter Alpha 2 with a friend. Which really wasn't a good deal, just to be cool in front of him.

Video games are for children.
Nostalgia makes people remember these horrible games as masterpieces, and hate everything new.
It's not horrible..
It's just not fair.
And no longer cutting-edge.
This was definitely not a horrible game, and looking back at it now, the graphics are stilll as beautiful as ever and great level design. Not the games fault,if you sucked at it as a kid.
It is not bad. Just rage inducing.
I assume you never owned a Sega Mega Drive/SNES as a kid
@@marknewton3765 I did 😐
SNES дерьмо полное, музыка и звуки как из унитаза! Sega в 100 раз круче и качественнее!
