  • This practice is supportive, balanced, powerful and soft. We will flow together to open up the joints of the hips, strengthen the legs, twist and detox through the midline, and lengthen and stretch the outer glute muscles. This practice is appropriate for all levels and can be a standalone practice or a nice wind down after a run or other workout. If you have blocks, a strap and either a bolster, big pillow or rolled up blanket, please bring them to your mat with you.
