Happy Anniversary! I went to our annual motorcycle show on Saturday and was able to check out a Ryker and sit on it AND I LOVE IT! I have learned so much from watching Shawn that I was telling people about the features , I brought him over to one of the sales people and handed him over to her and they went to the counter. Later I found out he bought a Rally! I also got a chance to check out the 2019 Heritage Softail Classic and I was so tempted to trade my bike in for it but I have to take it for a ride first. The bike is so well balanced and beautiful, I want one!

Thanks for doing a video on the 600. No one else out there really has done anything that gives you a feel for this version. I hope you get the chance to take it out on the highway to let us see how it does in highway traffic, does it have the power to pass at highway speeds etc.

Happy anniversary, 33 years is nothing to sneeze at these days! Pity there isn't a 600 Rally version of the Ryker, I suppose you could upgrade the suspension and ride height yourself though if you wanted.

I think the Ryker is a great bike for older people to be able to ride once there 2 wheeler's are too heavy to handle. Also the price is great if one can't afford the CanAm Spyder like myself!

You aren't alone, I like the sound too. If I get one, the 600 is quite likely what I would pick anyways due to the pricing, but the sound is great. Glad to finally hear it!

I spec'ed one out on CanAm's website and under transmission section it says CVT and under that it says Reverse - available
If its an option I need to remember to check that before I buy one.

Yes, all Spyders and Rykers have reverse... Not sure why their web site would make it look like an option on the Ryker?

Thanks Matthew!! The Ryker uses an RF DESS Post (Radio Frequency Digitally Encoded Security System) style Key. This will give you an idea of what it looks like, less the lanyard cord: tinyurl.com/yaqpbaxf It snaps-on the DESS Post on the left side by your knee... Very reliable and secure system!

So which is more fun? What's the mileage difference. Seem like the 900 s dont get very good mileage suprisingly from what I hear.
Are these good at highway speeds of 60 to 65 over a distance or would it be to tiring?

Is your ryker stable ? Are there any vibration problems at high speeds? I’ve heard people have problems with the steering or feeling a bit unstable on the ryker at high speeds.
The 600 looks like the one. But it needs a luggage rack like the 900.

If you are going to get a little three wheeled motorcycles just to rip around on I say get the 600 and save a little money. The couple of thousand you save on a 600 could buy a few tires.
