This a neighborhood that is just north of the Emory campus, and you guessed it, north of the popular Druid Hills neighborhood. North Druid Hills is comprised of hilly terrain, woodsy areas, and a mixture of 1960's ranches and larger newer construction, all on large lots. If you are looking to live near Emory University, North Druid Hills offers an excellent commute! In this Atlanta neighborhood tour, I'll show you some home examples, including a full walkthrough tour inside a newer construction home, and also show you the parks and a popular nearby shopping center, Toco Hills. I love watching your Atlanta tour videos! But i would love to see you do a tour of Northwest Atlanta where the Cumberland Mall and Truist Park(Atlanta Braves baseball stadium) is at. Before moving to California, a friend of mine used to live in that area of Atlanta, not far from Smyrna and Marietta and he said it's very nice in that section of Atlanta
Hey thank you for the kind words. I cover much more of the ITP area (skim the perimeter) hence, I show mainly ITP neighborhoods. Smyrna is one on my list that I do need to cover (waiting on the weather to warm up and it looks prettier out)...Smyrna is also very spread out so I'm trying to figure out how best to show that one. I'll try to work on it later this Spring/Summer.

Hi, good if you also use temperature in Celsius next time for us watching from Europe :-) I am watching a different vlog from ATL and the guy is always saying temperature in F and in C. But this is a good video 👍
I never thought of that - I'm really bad at celsius but it was probably 1 degree celsius since it was just above freezing. Thanks for watching!! Do you work at CNN over in Europe?

Hi! As a real estate agent, I cannot speak on safety (realtor rules) because my opinion may differ from yours. However, this is a very long-standing established area and I had no problems walking around to make this video.
