Eddie is the new Bob. A really good, solid character that was killed off. Man, Bob and Eddie were just TOO good for the show

Poor Wayne Munson bro. I just can’t. He’s on his own now, rejected by the town and will never bury his nephew. The trailer was destroyed and probably all of Eddie’s stuff so the ONLY thing he has left is the necklace Dustin gave him 😭
Jamie Campbell was knocking it out of the park this season with a performance worthy of Penny Wise from "It". The guy deserves a ton of credit for his role.
I think next year's emmys will have Jamie, Joseph and Sadie nominated.... they definitely deserve it.

Greatest season of a show I ever seen. Great writing, great acting, great visuals everything was perfect! Stranger Things deserves all the rewards!
The "I love you man" and "I love you too" in Eddie's death scene was so beautiful. I love that they utilized Dustin throughout the season to display the truth of who Eddie was, Dustin's acceptance of flawed people and the way he connects with people was perfect for the job and a great lesson on acceptance. It really points to the actor as well, Gaten seems so approachable and secure in who he is so he's able to acknowledge other people where they are.
Don't worry Jamie we forgive you. You were just acting for the show.

He must be a really decent guy getting choked up and teary at a fan's kind words. Speaks volumes about who he is with that one thing. Humble, grateful.
Honestly, the Duffer brothers really set the bar high for most liked character on a show. I don't know how that's going to carry into Season 5. They set our expectation standards. We may never get another great character like Eddie Munson in our lifetime.
The writing of the Eddie Munson character was brilliant, and it was perfectly delivered by Joseph Quinn.
