Titans will win Super Bowl 59 20-0 titanup 😅😅😅😅
Get rid of the "host".
It's over for them they the new bills 0-3 in supers bowls
I am a 49ers fan, it feels like this window is closing, the frustrating thing is how close they have gotten and just cant get it done.
Indeed faithful
bro it was never open i bet in the beginning of the year 😂 they would make it to the super bowl and lose how i knew idk 😂 call me a psychic or the fact the niners always choke 😂
Shanahan is a good play designer but he doesn't have that competitive edge that make coaches truly great.
Dude has a pure loss record in the SB
It's closed
@@portee9113 you ain’t lying
Yes - a team with many of same players losing a Super Bowl, then fighting their way back a few years later - only to lose in even more of a heartbreaking loss TO THE SAME TEAM - and now having to try and go back and do it all over again - if you think that doesn't have a heavy emotional drain on players, you're nuts.
Will they get as lucky with injuries also. Will there be other NFC teams that are on the same level as the 49ers this year. I do think the 49ers as a team is full of people that are fully committed to football. There coaching and leaders on there team are insane. It is going to be tough to repeat it year over year. Though this is a stacked roster but you never know who gets hot before and during the playoffs.
As the players age and more players need to be paid their window closes more and more. This is basically a make or break year with this current group because they're gonna need to pay Purdy and after that happens casualties will come with it because the reason they can keep this core together right now is his low salary. Deebo and other players are probably out the door after this season.
@@qaxcgyujmtrue, this is their best chance, but the main point is they only have 7 of the same guys as they did 4 years ago and ones a punter and the other is Juice who’s barely in like half the plays and mostly just blocks, Deebo, Warner, and Greenlaw weren’t nearly the players they are now, they were carried by defense and the run game with a bunch of mid RBs. As long as Shanahans manning the offense they’ll find a way to win.
@@huh3719 tough schedule, less rest this year. What are the chances they are as healthy as last year? very slim.
Don't call me names... you're nuts ... I bleed red and gold.... thru and true
They draft very well. I wouldn't expect the 49ers to fall off as long as Shanahan and Lynch are there. Wasting 3 first picks didn't hurt them much at all.
Sure
They draft well? 😂😂
@@getthebagnelly The only starter on their team they haven't drafted are CMC and Trent Williams. They drafted an all star roster
@@falconfamily463 and that hasn't done them any good has it
Those 3 picks literally could have been the difference in the SB
Bosa was a no-brainer pick.
He was FAR BETTER the #2 OVERALL ( First Round) Pick than Kyler Murray the #1 OVERALL (First Round) Pick in 2019 .
Thanks👏👏, Arizona !
@@WalterKrueger-ig3nv It was still the right pick. You always take the elite QB over the elite defensive player because the QB wins more SBs than the defensive players
What you mean no brainer pick when DE Josh Allen and DT Quinnen Williams were both there. Not to mention Clelin Ferrell was a stud at Clemson. You never know how a person will fit a scheme in the NFL until you get them. Josh Allen and Clelin were better than Bosa in college.
@@rymiguel1317huh? Bosa was the consensus #2 overall pick for a reason, and it wasn't because those dudes were better than him in college

We're talking about first round players on cheap rookie contracts.
Yep, I hated trading up for a qb, they could have gotten a lineman and drafted a qb the next year, since they didn't know Purdy was gonna fall in their lap. I thought you could do ok with Jimmy G for a year or 2 more if they needed to. They blew it.

Nah.... I'm waiting for the topic to go back to the cowboys and will Jerry be able to buy another super bowl trophy before he dies
Yet Dave thinks the Cowboys can get to the SB when they haven't won a divisional playoff game in 28 years. Purdy new contract wont hit for a big cap hit for another year or two after he gets extended. Younger weapons are needed though.
When did he say this? I don't remember him saying that

I'm not saying that this Cowboys team will get to the Super Bowl, or that they're even capable of it. But I watched my Bengals go 31 years without winning a single playoff game, just to get hot and make a Super Bowl run. So literally crazier things have happened. 😅
making up things about Dave when he makes sense 😂
No. Not at all. Purdy is already either elite or the very next notch below it and still very young. The window is very much wide open with the best coach in the NFC, best drafting team in all of football, and best GM in the NFC in John Lynch. They're just getting started. They're the Boston Celtics of the NFL and we just saw Boston break through and beat the best player in their sport in Luka Doncic. Who's to say that can't be the 9ers this year where they finally break through and beat the best player in the NFL in Pat Mahomes?
Except that Mahomes and and the chiefs are like Golden State.
Unforunately, the niners will never beat them in this present era in the biggest game.
Except that Mahomes has better support than Luka has with the Mavs. Chiefs OLine are top tier, Kelce play like a HoF in the playoff, Isiah Pacheco is a stud RB, and Chiefs defense are still great even without Sneed.
Lmfao keep dreaming 😂😂😂😂😂
@@JohnWickIsAliveKyle has proved he can’t coach in the biggest games
The 49ers draft well? They utterly flunked their QB drafts for a long time. Hitting on Purdy was the equivalent of buying the winning lottery ticket, pure luck.
Kyle Shanahan will always slam the window on them at the end
My brain was like, why is this such a sensible conversation? Realized Shady and Joy weren't there. Do not bring them back!
Fr they glaze too much for me
great idea, let's ask a non-athlete who exclusively covers the dallas cowboys if OUR window is closing... hey dave, you still salty over that 42-10 loss buddy?
Im not sure if Kyle and John will ever win the big one but they will always contend.
That Aiyuk and Pearsall analogy was dumb. You NEVER know how a player will perform in NFL when you draft him. You can literally say that about any player drafted. Analysis hated the Mahomes pick and loved the Mitch pick.
Nah... the window gets even larger as long as they have the mad scientist Kyle Shanahan there 😂😂😂
You see what happens when joy and shady aren’t in a segment. It sounds better and people make complete sense and aren’t bias 😂😂😂😂
Just said the same thing, breh 😂
100% true
as a niners fan I don't hear anything wrong with what was said in this clip EXCEPT the faith in Ricky Pearsall as if he is going to come in on his rookie year and just EAT knowing that rookie WRs in this system (while they may flash) do not come out being 1k yd guy.
he hasn't played a down of NFL football yet and folks are giving him too much praise.
Closing? It’s closed lol this is the last year and I have a hard time thinking they make it back after last year
Nothing more pointless than using rookies who haven't played a snap to prove a point. "Pearsall is going to be a dude". My counter to that would be "he's not going to be a dude" lol

Not the question. We all know they will be competitive relatively.
Kidding me. All their weapons signed for 3 years and in prime. Defense still young. The only one that may have issues is the line. Acting like only 1 year left
Purdy can argue to get paid more than Trevor Lawrence, compare and you have a common sense answer.
One year is all the niners have.
Niners went to the super bowl with the highest paid QB at the time Jimmy G. Then went again with the lowest costing. It's Shanny and the coaches. I'm more concerned they lost some top brass to other teams like Washington
Lost a lot of coaches and assistants over the years, gotta keep grooming them too before they need to be paid or move to bigger jobs.
What about JUICE?
No team has drafted better than the Detroit Lions over the last four years. It’s all over for SF once they pay Purdy ‼️
You hope so lol
Acho be wrong asf best LB is Roquan Smith
Love this show!!!!!
There is no real comparison between Lamb and Aiyuk. Lamb stats are silly compared to Aiyuk.
Nah, sorry I'm an Eagkes fan and there's a big difference. I don't see Aiyuk making explosive plays all over the filed like Lamb. That dude is amazing and make amazing catches too.
2019 was totally different! 27 mill was the highest paid QB (Jimmy G) and the roster had no real big contracts. Differently no top of the market deals either!
Now you got Bosa and Debo on big contracts with Warner and Kittle coming back up. Hargrave and Ward have sizable deals. Hufanga and Purdy after this year (no 5th year option for them).
Just resigned CMC as well and BA looking for a deal? That’s 9 top players who contracts that are sizable or coming up on negotiation talks! This roster WILL change once Purdy gets paid!
Also Lynch and Kyle didn’t draft Armstead and Buckner. Baalke did.
Brock purdy has to be the truth for this team to win it all
Yep
Everyone said the window was closing after their last SB loss and here we are 5 years later. As it seems for the 49ers, who've been excellent at finding plug in play guys to support their home grown talent, as long as Kyle and John are making the picks based around attitude and culture, their window is indefinitely open. In 19' people forget that their weakest link Jimmy, was not to long before the highest paid QB in the league and that didn't slow them down one bit.
I wrote my opinion before even watching the video and it's nice to see many of my points also being seen here.
Dave is my favorite person to listen to when talking football.

Lmao but u would keep " 2 TIME SUPERBOWL CHAMP" Shady
I'm a 49ers fan but I'm in touch with reality. Yes out window is closing. If we don't win it all this year we're in trouble because of the salaries
Hollywood Brown isn't Debo or Aiyuk... so sure u can grab a ok guy like Brown but the price tag will be too much soon and u will have to let guys go.
Within two years that window is closed bc you will have to pay Purdy and let key pieces leave. It's easy to get the baddest RB when u not paying the top guy anything.
It’s crazy to talk about the cowboys last 10-15 years and superbowl in the same conversation to try to prove your point about paying a quarterback.
When the camera has a side view Dave Hellman looks like one of Santa's elves😂
Paraage Marathe, the secret weapon will make it all work however they need it too
Not blocking Chris Jones really makes 49ers talk very tense, hahaha. I love it. GO CHIEFS!

Niners proceed to stop running the ball in the Super Bowl because… Brock Purdy?
I do worry they are losing their kickass front 7 to time, Armstead and Buckner have been poached. They rely on Bosa and Warner more than ever
And we could say the EXACT SAME THING about the Chiefs..
They’re Super Bowl window was only open last year. They have the best qb in the NFC so as long as they got Purdy they’re SB window is not closed
Hufanga coming back from injury, how long can known injury prone players stay healthy as they age in nick bosa, Debo, Cmac, etc so yes this may be the end of that window
San Francisco made it to the Super Bowl with Jimmy G at QB who was one of the highest paid QBs at the time.

It depends if Brock Purdy continues to get better
He will
He will, aslong as they make good decisions with equipping him with talent around him.

@@AlexLopez-hx5bl He ain't patty, but he's proven that he can make you a superbowl team with the right team around him.
The 49ers have $32m in cap space right now. That rolls over into next season. Neither BA's nor Purdy's extension will hit for 2 years. The 49ers Superbowl window will be fine for at least 4 more years.
They are $26M over the cap next year dude.
Ayuk hasnt signed an extension yet, hes playing on the 5th year option next season. And in 2025, the year after next, SF will have HUGE cap hit on most of the star player, making its extremely unlikely for them to re-sign Ayuk then.
Shanahan, Lynch, Purdy will all be there 10 plus years. The window will be open as long as they’re all there.
More like just opened up wider for the 49ers. For the first time in 10 seasons they don’t have a quarterback controversy. With Brock that window will never close
He said Last Forever haha
They built this team that they have during the time that they were paying Jimmy G the largest amount of money per year in NFL history at the time. It can be done, the organization knows what they're doing and how to build a team. If they break this rendition up, I'm confident they'll build a new one just as good.
no matter how stacked the 9ers have been they have lost when it mattered most. Shultz saying Nick Bosa is the number one or two best defensive player is ridiculous no other defensive end has had more help than Bosa and he still isn’t the best player statistically. Put a guy like Maxx Crosby, Myles Garrett, or TJ watt on that D-line and they will probably break a record or two. The 9ers have been stacked for so long and have been at the top of their game for so long that the only way to go now is down there’s no getting better than they are now
No double digit 2nd half Super Bowl lead is safe with Shanny..
Why is there so much talk about Aiyuk? 15 td’s in two years. Sure, back to back 1000 yard seasons but I don’t think that warrants 30 mill a year. Samuals is more important to the Niners offense than Aiyuk, is definitely arguable.
75 catches 1300 yards, 71% catch rate and 2nd team All-Pro….
Sit this one out.
I think Purdy should get paid more what he's earning now. looking at next offseason when is contract is up, I wouldn't be surprised if he takes a team friendly deal. He's a man that shown that his character being above being the highest paid QB. He seems like a guy that would want to get paid more than what he's making now, while also allowing the team to use the extra money to keep or sign new players around him. Tom Brady took pay cuts to ensure key players stayed around him. I don't see Purdy being any different.
You dont know that, Brady has been the only one who was willing to take a massive pay cut at this prime to help the team salary cap. Mahomes is saving the Chiefs by taking a longer deal but at the time of signing he was the highest paid QB.
@@tigera6 Your right I don't. But seeing how he conducts himself and values and faith, money doesn't seem like a big priority to him, especially after getting a couple of sponsorships. he seems like a guy that would take a team friendly deal if it keeps everyone else around him longer. but that's all I got to go one, we will not know for sure till a years' time.
@@MrRiddler6 Most QBs in the NFL are conducting themselves in highly respected manner, and they also have sponsorship, but we have not seen a top QB taking a team friendly deal enough to help the team build around them. Most of top QB since Brady has always taken the most money they can get from the team, unless they are a mid-tier QB or getting old. So if Purdy is as great as people making him to be, I doubt he would accept anything less than top tier money, especially for the 1st extension.
@@tigera6stop saying Brady took pay cuts cuz they were signing kickers and punters with that money 😂😂 so all that isn't true
Shanahan cant close the deal...at least not yet..chokes in the big moments. The 2 SB, there wasnt any player causing the loss and 49ers were the best team overall. Both times came down to coaching
Fact check: Aiyuk is under team control for at least two years (24,25). He could be franchise tagged in 25,26 and would be a bargain compared to the WR market silliness.
Purdy is already earning more in endorsements than he is in NFL compensation. He will make money beyond his next contract. He won't need to take every dollar from the 49ers. Did Brady prevent the Patriots from surrounding him with talent?
The 2024 49ers are the deepest roster I have seen in 40+ years of following the team. Top to bottom, they have among the best WR, RB, LB, CB, S position groups in the NFL. They also have a stable of emerging players, where the ceiling is beyond just starting (Pro Bowl, All Pro, MVP). This does not count the future HOFs at the top of the roster (Bosa, Warner, CMC, Kittle, Williams) along with the established Pro Bowlers (Aiyuk, Samuel, Juszczyk, Hargrave, Greenlaw, Hufunga). When a team like this is led by an MVP-caliber QB starting his second full-season, you don't talk about SB windows closing.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 it’s shattered and aiyuk gonna be gone
They act like the niners haven’t paid top dollar for a QB… they had Jimmy G with a top roster and at the time Jimmy G was one of the top paid QBs.
Who gets paid more : cj stroud or purdy
I think the window is closing but I believe they probably have the next 2 years. It depends on certain factors like do they still keep their offensive and defensive core I.e. Purdy, BA, CMC, Kittle, Deebo and then Bosa, Warner, Hufunga, and Greenlaw.
Acho…San Fransisco knows how to play football. Explain how they lost the Super Bowl because of not understanding the importance of the Coin toss in OT. Solid franchise for sure but they’re obviously not excellent at coaching up the player’s knowledge. San Fran looses Samuals or McCaffery to injuries and they’re just another team.
I think they should've been looking for. A QB
Niners fan so hard to admit but maybe
These 4 are a better to watch than when Joy Taylor and Shady are there!
so it sounds like why keep a qb if they get payed you cant have a team so why keep over paying not only qb but plays i dont see any other jobs out there were next guy up evin if hes not the best gets payed more then last person to get payed
Can we keep this lineup. More enjoyable
Acho on there talking about Brandon ayiuk like he wasn’t a first found pick lmaoo
Late first round who has only had 2 1,000 yard seasons in 4-5 years…..
One thing they need to realize is that even when they were paying Jimmy top dollar in the league, they still had a great team. Since Brock is a million percent better than Jimmy, I don't think there's any reason for concern.
No disrespect but I strongly believe Patrick Queen is way better than Fred Warner. He’s so good
It’s wide open , great management and no meddling owner 👍🏿
NFL players need to start understanding the cap limit, they are always acting like there’s endless money 😂
49ers have the culture that players love. They just need to get it done now.
Didn't they make Jimmy the highest paid QB and still made it to the superbowl. They can make Purdy the highest paid QB and still be fine
The NFC is easier and they lost that SB too.
Remember, Purdy may sign an extension after this season but he will still be the best bargain in 2025. That quarterback getting paid won't kick in until 2026. When people talk about this, it's always Purdy is making bank in 2025. Now, I understand they can put a chunk of the signing bonus in 2025 to help offset down the road but he won't be counting for 60 million against the cap anytime soon.
Kyle outplays himself when it’s all on the line, it’s like whatever was working he starts to think the other team is on to it so he changes it when he doesn’t need to.
The window to win isn’t closing but to have a SB caliber team? That varies year to year. The 49ers will be fine
Didnt they get to the Superbowl with an overpaid jimmy g?
The 49ers have 39 ufas on top of dealing with 7 or 8 top heavy contracts after next year and now you have to pay your qb the dynamics change quickly when you have to pay the most important position in the sport
Niners window has closed. They are all just trying to get paid and make sure there getting more garenteed money.
Super Bowl window? Even the NFC window has got much narrower all of a sudden.
49ers have already had to make some concessions - in spite of Williams, their offensive line is bottom third of league by almost any metric. They are the reason they didn't win the superbowl last year.
