Hi Samuel, thank you for your tutorials. I can see you also hold seminars, unfortunately We currently on lockdown so how do you go about this other than you Tube. I would appreciate a one to one tutorials as I have a 100 questions to ask. I feel like asking on this platform I will confuse a lot of people who already nearly on the same page with you. What I don’t understand is when you take over his mortgage I assume that it’s going to be a repayment mortgage and you can’t change it until after the fixed term is complete. It may also be difficult to get another mortgage as the property is in negative equity, so how on earth can you clear £400 a month, especially when you add in landlord insurance, voids, etc??
Great video! However my issue is finding these types of deals, if the property is up on Rightmove then how do you speak directly to the seller without speaking to the estate agents?

yes but you may need a parent or guarantor to hold it for you in their name
