I think you could do a wedding venue or a restaurant on the beach lot! Otherwise I don’t think there’s anything wrong with doing a simple functional beach. Maybe a spa would work as well?

Beautiful! I've had the issue too with items disappearing when I change wallpaper, lately.
About the clutter disappearing: if you go to manage worlds and then back into your build, the clutter won’t be deleted when changing wallpapers and such. It’s like restarting the lot saves the position of raised objects.

I think I'm kinda late, but bout your sandlot that you don't have any idea on what to do I was thinking something. Here in Spain, we have these cafes/restaurants called chiringuitos, they are on the sand next to the beach and you can also dance on a platform for dancing. I think it will be a cool thing
Because it's a mediterranean world, you should consider a 'beach club' for the beach lot. It is so typical for italy. Maybe that is an option for you😏
