- Finland has decided their entry for Eurovision 2024 and the president within less than 24 hours. A lot going on in the nordic county. Windows95man is going to represent Finland in Malmö as the fan favorite Sara Siipola lost against all odds. Here's how I reacted during my livestream.

As a finn, I don't think any of our songs had winning potential, not even top 5 potential. So I love that were just gonna have fun this year and send this craziness to Sweden who gave this 0 jury points XD
And also, the most important thing in Eurovision is to stand out, and Windows95man is going to do just that!

Henri's vocals are actually very good, but since the jury is the biggest joke in Eurovision, they will ignore the vocals and focus on the visuals. Last year they ignored the visuals and focused just on the vocals. They will give 0 points to this because it's too much fun and they don't like to have fun. But us Finns don't give a fuck anymore.
The message of No Rules is fitting perfectly to this situation: Be yourself no matter what others think about you and don't take life too seriously ♡ That's exactly what us Finns are doing rn and I love it.
Yeees. And, at least from my point of view, we are not sending this only as a joke and wanting to troll the competition, even if that is how most people will probably see it. But many of us do actually really like this song. I do. The thing is, that normally we would think more about how others will receive it and how well it might do, and choose the representative on that basis. This year, I dont't care about that. I like what I like, and I vote for what I genuinely like the most. If it finishes dead last, I don't care. At least I will enjoy watching it.
Henri’s vocals weren’t that good in the live performance though. Of course in the studio version they are amazing. But he sounded out of breath and struggled hitting some notes, maybe because of all the dance moves he had. I hope they make some changes so he’d be able to focus on his singing more.
Can yall stop living in this fantasy where juries hate yall? Just send a normal song, with atleast a decent singer. Kaarija couldn't sing... that's the truth. Also yall even getting 150 points in juries is shocking.

@@GermanicESC What? When I said he was out of breath, I didn’t mean he’s a bad singer. I can’t sing as well as he does, thanks for your suggestion anyway. 😂 He’s a great singer, but I guess his moves made him out of breath, and it’s extremely hard to hit those notes when you can’t get enough air. This is just a fact.

Not my cup of coffee. Cha Cha Cha was clever & fun, No Rules is silly.
I hate to break it to you, but you won't like any of our artists ever if you keep comparing everyone to Käärijä. There will never be other Käärijä, so it's useless to compare every UMK artist to him.
@@mnjk1558 I do not compare every artist / song / performance to Cha Cha Cha. Only this one; many other has already done it and will do it, that's the reality after the win. I wrote my honest opinion of No Rules. I voted for other songs bc I liked those more.

@@chiasanzes9770 I was not commenting on vocal capacity, but on the songs. I still listen to Cha Cha Cha, and it brought something new to ESC with the genre mixing in a very clever way. No Rules is just a Eurodance with a silly stage show.
