Saw this live during self-titled. By far the most awesome transition ever. Like if there were Grammys for live performances, these 2 songs would win everything
those two songs get to me so much. so intense. i still can't believe i was there front row the first time they ever played Part 2. i've yet to see them play LTFB though. :(
I can only imagine what Part II would have sounded like for my concert if everything hadn't gone out and all we could hear was the faint sound of drums... :( But it was still pretty awesome, since the crowd sang the rest of the song for them.
This is the first time I have looked up part II live on CZcams and I'm disappointed to say this video definitely doesn't do justice to what could possibly be my favourite Paramore song yet. :-(
The guitar skills are not the most important. The important is if in their next album the sound will focus on the guitar and drums like they did before
In spite of the fact that I miss the Farro,I like the way Justin plays...And I rather this new performance...I mean,the guitar distortion and that percussion solo in the end of the song just give me chills...Jeremy is proving now how good he is playing the bass...And Hayley's vocal performance is even better,you know,in terms of voice control...It's intense in a level that even the metalcore bands that people keep comparing with Paramore can't reach...I like the new era,but I feel kinda sad that a lot of people can't see how much Hayley,Jeremy & Taylor developed their musical skills,just because they don't like Paramore's new sound...
Laís A. Ramos i've always thought with Taylor they could play more of of a progressive sound of playing . and even though Zac isn't with them play a gradcore type sound on drums.I just wish the next album doesn't sound as pop orientated as it did with the sekf titled album.
As Hayley was raised a Christian, I believe she took the inspirantion for that verse from the bible. It means that we humans have no light from ourselves, and just like the moon we borrow our light from the sun (God),as it's in Job. "I am nothing but a shadow in the night" shows our insignificance before an eternal God.

Is this the same performance? It switches from day to night, and Hayley changes clothes, whereas Paramore often did these two songs at the same time.

Taylor is to afraid though. I went to a show in atlanta and hayley kept trying to get him to solo. He would just put his head down and move back.
