Nancy Wilson is possibly the greatest female guitarist in rock music. IMHO she doesn't get the credit she deserves. Her guitar intro to Crazy On You is a thing of beauty.
Watch “Crazy on You” live and see Nancy play her specialty - flamenco style guitar. Straight on - you’ll have to pull audio but a must! Their harmonies, which only comes from sibling are off the charts! When God created Ann and Nancy, he created musical perfection! Ann’s voice and poetry, she is never without a notepad because lyrics constantly come to her. They fought like hell in the 80’s when Ann was battling weight problems and it was the age of music videos. They are in the Rock Hall of Fame and still going strong!
They still tour! Saw them at a major local concert venue a couple years back. Not as well attended as some others, I've been to at the same aphitheater, but one of the best acts I've seen and best audiences I've been in. And they've STILL FREAKING GOT IT.
Ann and Nancy Wilson! They ROCK! And yes, their early stuff was very much homage to their heroes in Led Zeppelin. Awesome! By the way, their drummer is killer!

You have to hear Heart do Stairway To Heaven live at The Kennedy Centre in front of Led Zeppelin themselves. They killed the song and got a standing ovation from the band. Must see !!!
My No.1 favorite song! The beat is relentlessly driving and totally infectious... Heart's best line-up with Anne & Nancy Wilson, Roger Fisher, Howard Leese, Michael DeRosier, and Steve Fossen. Anne Wilson; GOAT of all female rock singers and my permanent-crush; Nancy!
A band that broke a lot of barriers. Back in the day girls didn't rock seriously. Anne's voice has proven to be epic. Then they wrote one of the most hauntingly beautiful and frustratingly too short songs 'Dreamboat Annie'. And they still kick ass today. Survivors! Also one of the few bands that are pretty incredible live. Anne and Nancy can perform on their own and are amazing.
