Hey thats me! Im on the bike at 13:33, was my first lap in a while... unfortunately they closed the track right after, there was quite a big crash at Flugplatz
Is your suspension set too soft for the track? Saw how it was quite bumpy on the corner.
@@marv3914 cant agree more, it is quite soft. Although I never got to see it from the outside like now. Its a 2009 gsx650f on stock suspension, it was never designed for track use since its more of a touring bike with the bones of a suzuki bandit. I should probably look into possible adjustments on the fork since I do believe it has preload adjustment.
Edit: on second thought, it only was my warm up lap. My riding style wasnt the best and the left to right transition could be much smoother. That also seems to have contributed to the bounciness

How it is so many new drivers still don't knowhow dangerous the place is?
Having a A means the driver has a maximum of 3 years of driving. He shouldn't have been on the ring sending it like that. And of course Saxo is one of the cheapest car you can get when starting driving in France. He is maybe angry that he will have to pay for repairs (barriers and car) and couldn't afford it as none of the car insurance in france covers you on the Nürburgring. I hope his friends helped him

thanks! Thats actually me. Its a 2009 GSX650F, its a custom DIY paintjob that I did after a light low speed crash. Since I had to fix and repaint it anyways, I thought Id make it something special. The pastelblue (color code: RAL 5024) was inspired by colors of cars in the 70s, back when cars were more colorful and bright

Yes, that's the only sensible thing to do.
Yes, it is called common sense. When you crash you jump over the barrier asap and wait for the marshals to arrive. Only when they allow it you can go back to your car and get your personal belongings out of it. Never ever walk around a life racetrack, it can turn deadly very quickly.

das wilde links Geblinke von dem schwarzen Mini als er hinter dem weißen Porsche festhängt. Der verwechselt das wohl mit der Autobahn. Generell finde ich das übertriebene Gedrängele oder gar Schneiden (Beispiel grüner M4 gegen blauen McLaren) sehr riskant. Es heißt doch Touristenfahrt und nicht hat hat den Schnellsten Wagen oder Längsten.... Finde ich persönlich schlimmer als Driften. Das geht dann immer so lange gut bis es knallt und dann ist das Geheule um die Leasingkarre groß. Ich würde wahrscheinlich auch wie ne Oma da rumzuckeln, Hauptsache ich mach mir die Karre nicht kaputt.

1:09 is my Golf, but its not broken. You have seen a another red Golf MK2 from Corrado, he had problem with the engine.

You’re offcourse right those are the rules. But the public highway rules 2 state that all your lights work 24/7 sometimes your bulb gives up and you still drive , same with speeding we all do sometimes. I would drive away cause the bill for the emergency truck is just 2 high

@@ThaDutchDK1989 If you drive away and your car loses fluids which cause others to crash, you're in a lot more trouble than just cost for the tow truck. In this case the track had to be cleaned, if he decided to continue, the track marshals at the exit would have stopped him since he has to pay for the cleanup.

Yes, I, the Porsche driver, gives the blinking signal known in racing circles to pass him, but the vehicles behind don't understand this. Anyone who goes on a race track should know the rules beforehand or stay at home.
He is blinking to the wrong direction. We are not allowed to overtake on the right-side during TF, only on the left side. What you see is the cars behind the Porsche waiting for the Porsche to realize this and f-off to the right so they can overtake him.
