[MAN A95 3-Door] SG6283Z door sensor issue

Door sensor issue on SG6283Z, a 3-Door MAN A95 (Euro 6) bus. Video provided by a contributor.
A minor hiccup observed during the debut of LTA's newest 3-door double-deck buses on Go-Ahead Bus Service 83 (28 Jan 2021). The rearmost exit door appeared to be misconfigured, stopping whenever alighting passengers triggered the proximity sensor.
It is uncertain as to whether this is an intentional feature to protect commuters from head injury, given that the door mechanism significantly protrudes into the bus cabin (seen in yellow and black warning colours).
This sensor issue has since been fixed, and the door operates without incident upon return to revenue service on 30 Jan 2021.

This is what happens when you start the 3 door bus service before launching the end of Jan 2021,
They didn't double check the doors before entering service.
