I found a 10 inch wig just like this in a second hand store for $2.99. I brought it because it was %100 human hair but it needed tender loving care. I washed it and brushed in Cantu curling cream and leave in conditioner with a detangling brush. Amazing results. Like new.

I used this method but I washed my wig in tepid (mix of hot/cold) water then I soaked it with my Wig oil and a lil bit of Retinol from Oil of Olay,It came out WONDERFULLY, I choose not to soak it in hot water bc I was afraid of damaging it, however this wig was over 100.00 and about 2 years old,I wanted to change up my look bc I'd been wearing straight hair for over a month,thx for the tips I'll keep following you,But I also look at the comments and follow "some" of their ideas...Good will Good God Good life a plenty to you Sis,oh I'm using my husband phone til mines comes this is Latrice Walker RN in da house 🤣

when you boil it, put it in a longer tub and lay it out flat. that will prevent as much tangling.

Dont boil your synthetic wigs. It is plastic fibers NOT HUMAN HAIR. It will make your ends hard and matted together. Please please please wash wigs in warm water. You will need to cut the ends off. Use leave in conditioner and water combe out and let dry. Do not boil

Quick thing , they said to wash with cold water, should I just do what your doing or with cold water...?
Cold everytime I wash with hot the hair never last use lotion and finger curl them ur hair will. Be soft
Do not blow dry air dry after it's fully brushed I finger coil all the way up for 3 seconds holding the lotion to the curl around my finger and release pushing the hair off sideways not unraveling

I ordered a wig on Amazon it was beautiful unprocessed wet and wavy human hair but what happened was I just recently bleached it and it completely lost its bouncy curls so know .....I'm trynna find how I can revive the hair.....Need help

Mss Behaven sounds like it lost elasticity? try adding protein to the hair before giving it next wash. u can get it at Sally’s beauty or K beauty or any wig store in your area. Bleaching human hair sometimes can damage it obviously so that happens to people all the time, becomes hard to keep a curl.

Mikayla Ragsdale I wouldn’t recommend microwaving your wig, but I think the Aussie conditioner should work perfectly! 😊
M’y sister conditions her hair and puts it in a bag while soaked with water and conditioner and microwaves it for 1 minute and the come out amazingly revived
I noticed that when i submerge my human hair wigs in water for shampooing the hair gets matted really bad. Im scared to submerge this in boiling water because of the boulder like tangles ive witnessed from just trying to clean it with shampoo and conditioner

I use the dry skin therapy lotion from CVS and finger curl it my wig was brittle dry and when wet it only looked good but felt hard so after I washed it in shampoo conditioner I brushed it out til it was damp and added more lotion and cream finger curled it now the wig is soft u have to do every day not missing a beat to avoid breakage
@@tink9727 If you don’t want to do this method there’s another way. Wet hair and add shampoo throughout and add a cap of fabric softener. Do not rinse but set aside in hot water (doesn’t have to be boiled) for 45 minutes to an hour. Come back and completely wash products out of hair. Then add conditioner and detangle hair but do not rinse out product. Set aside in hot water (does not need to be boiled) for 45 minutes to an hour. Come back rinse completely. While hair is damp add biosilk and either air dry or use hair dryer
Reminder: when rinsing out hair use lukewarm water!!! You don’t want to strip the hair from being soft after adding fabric softener

No if you put it in boiling water it will straighten out. It’s basically plastic
Amber, don't do it...it could melt if it is cheap, or straighten...
Best to work with water that is around 140°F

Pls dont boul wig even if human hair. Washing with warm water is the best method.
