Ok finished the video and was gonna say. It's very apparent you had fun with the edit. Be it nice matchcuts, the memes or little clip inserts. Outstanding work guys.
"So binding scroll to jump or using a custom config or macro to set +forward is off the table (and banned), and it's better this way."
Mokey - I'm gonna pretend I didn't see that
I wonder how long it'll take the spammers to appear
i want wallrunning so much in apex
Mokey pls do more titanfall content I love all of your titanfall videos
Edit: wait I didn’t see the streams lol
Mokey is so nice and cool
bouta pop two mellow Stim's and get real comfy in front of the fire and watch a 45min Titanfall video on my 60inch
60 inch TV right?
right??
@@dequasont1063 Umm I don't think its his TV anymore....
@@dequasont1063 cmon, you can’t be surprised when it’s Mokey we’re talking about. He exudes the 60 inch energy lmao
I consider this the best video for TF2 movement guides;
You're not only telling us WHAT to do, you're also telling us what NOT to do and what might cause problems. I struggled a lot trying to understand why copying the movement in other guides didn't work in my practice. This video answered a lot of my questions.
Thank you!

Why do I always thing tf2 is team fortress not titanfall
@@9895_ Because TF2 is the OG, it's been around for longer so its more cemented in your brain

1:59 my favorite speedrun is "Carpal tunnel Any%"
43 minutes, captioned, titanfall 2, movement guide, zweek & bryonato - this is going to be good
this is single handedly the most helpful, concise, intuitive, comprehensive and easy to listen to guides for anything ive ever seen, let alone, covering something this complex
This guide has helped me more than any of the movement guides so far, thank you for putting this one together.
You're welcome!
The amount of effort put into this video does not go unseen. Amazing stuff
Didnt know toko played titanfall2,why go to a game where they shit on your favourite character
No matter how old this game is, or how long I already play it. Im still fascinated by how crazy and versatile the movement and combat is.
Sometimes I just sit there watching like.. How you come up with stuff like that!? and how fuqqn Genius are players to master it, and break it down like that..
Truly a piece of Art just like this guide bro. Thanks
TF2 got updated, uninstalled apex, now im here. great guide overall 👍
6:07 amazed at the transition
Wow respect for adding subtitles to over 40 mins video
We do a little bit of movement revolutionising
Mad respect for the all the work put into this video.
I was introduced to your speedrun on GDQ last night and watched the whole thing at 4am. Beautifully done and inspired me to try Titanfall 2 because of the movement reminding me of Quake DeFrag and racing days. Another thing I noticed early on in this excellent tutorial, are you using Phendrana Drifts from Metroid Prime as music? I absolutely love it.
Thank you, Merry Christmas, and good luck on future runs!
Damn, I’d learned airstrafing and basic wallkicks, but never learned about lurches, which were the main thing holding back my speed. Time to practice while the servers are down :P
Just in case you haven’t heard, a new mod called northstar client got released on pc that adds custom servers to the game, so I would highly encourage you to download that if you haven’t already.
Hey, super helpful video! I got interested in trying Titanfall 2 and practicing the movement after seeing the GDQ run this year, where you and Blaidan were great, thank you.
Just started playing this again and this is super helpful thanks. And great choice of Music!
Such a fantastic video, great job!
This. Was. AWESOME!!!!
Thanks so much for making this!
Outside the very detailed explanation for movement, I LOVE the Metroid Prime music in the background! Great speedgame, too! Thank you for explaining all this tech, I can't wait to gradually add it to my movement
To anyone who has experience with the source engine, the Lurch mentioned in this video is something you can just feel. It's helpful to know how to prevent this but I learned most of it by feel. The only parts I needed to look up where airstrafing Via lurch
This is one great present! Merry Christmas!
i love the SOUND TRACKS yall used in this video. 10/10 for everything!
Thank you guys this is helpful
At first this video startled me bc I didn’t know if this was a mix of both console and pc binds and as a returning player this really helped me thank you and keep up the good work 👍
your tips and tricks are amazing i learned it in like a day keep up the good work
Absolutely Incredible Tutorial
Even after so Many Years It’s Still so Fascinating
Thank You
A man after my own heart, not only making an excellent tutorial for my favourite fps, but using part of the soundtrack from my favourite game while you're at it!
Hey great work man, editing was really good and consistent. Your thoughts came out clearly and and i thought i only watched 20 mins when it finished 👍🏻
This is a masterpiece, thank you so much for sharing all these info. Just recently got into Titanfall and is by far my fav FPS i have every played, it has everything. Pure FUN.
You really did a great job explaining everything .... Bcoz I tried to learn this earlier but it seemed impossible ... But now I think I can learn this . Thnks ❤️
this is so well made it doubles as a really good general guide for source airstrafing and such, crazy good quality
also ghostrunner ost based
The editing spot at 'Trust me' is perfect!
Thank you for that
Very cool. Thank you.
titanfall has allways been one of my favorite games! really good video.
Great Video Loved it!
Fantastic guide! I'll be returning to this video to keep improving
Man ive watched it now a second time cant stop recommending this video if you really wonna be a god in movement! Thank you alot for the time and effort you have put into this!🙏🏽
Really good vid
Its such a nice touch to hear other movement shooter music in the background
absolutely amazing work
Titanfall 2 was one of the first games i ever was dedicated to getting quick in. Not even for speedrunning. but just for multiplayer. actually learned some of the basics for bhopping and slide hopping from a controller player, never realizing i was actually lurching. i probably should have felt it but hey, happens lol. Great video, and although ill probably not be using it to speedrun, ill definetly be lurchless bhopping air strafing around northstar. really great video
absolute god tier movement guide, all the respect for this.
I bought Titanfall 2 yestersay, and I wanted to learn some movement but oh Boy this was not what I was specting jesus this so complex xD awesome guide video, keep up the great work
This is the best movement video i've ever seen for any game ever. ty ty
Wonderful job guys
God damn what a good video. I know feel like a true titan fall two veteran. You my friend, are peak Titanfall two fanbase member, who made the most (oddly) wholesome and comprehendible video about my favorite movement based fps of all time, deserve the title “peek Titanfall two fanbase”. Fuckin loved the video man
Love that you used Metroid Prime Sound track. Hits a nostalgic spot for me.
about to grab the game on sale, thank you for this video! Very well done, you earned a subscriber.
Thanks bro
this was a nice video to watch while in match queue!👍
this game's movement system is so good that there needs to be 43min guide
super well made tutorial, when momentum mod implements tf2 movement, I'll be using this guide for sure!
Nice!
This was amazing!
The dunning Kruger effect kicked in when I was watching this thank you for teaching me
The Disembark jump is super easy to do in both multiplayer and single player if you hold down jump. Very useful for getting to the drop ship or on rooftops easily.
Very high quality video, props to you from autobhop community :)
it's my third day of watching this video and I've only just been able to get down air strafing to a semi consistent level and am having an absolute blast can't wait to master all the different ways I can move in this awesome game.
Ohoho man, this is going into my favourites playlist
Nice video tutorial, now I can move fast in titanfall 2
It's crazy how much this game will fight you to try and prevent you from going fast
Only strongerst become pilots xD
absolutely love half life theme
thanks legend
This game is insane please never die out or make TF3 to continue this masterpiece.
This is absolute gold
I'm gonna have to watch this over and over again, side by side on my other monitor and practice each piece of tech in a private lobby and figure this out. I had no idea titanfall's movement was so deep.
It amazed me to see what I learned organically explained and named.
Thanks for the great video. Very entertaining for a pleb like myself.
Ayyyy was that the space map background music from Mass Effect 1 that l heard ?
Also what a video!
Amazing!
Stoked
You weren't kidding in your response, this is definitely huge man.
Have many other important things to do, but here I am, trying to finally learn how to *speed* in TF|2. Couldn't get Northstar to work but I will get this movement down!
Update: I really tried to follow with the directional inputs, but my hands are moving much faster, too fast for my brain that's trying to follow the guide and directional movements step-by-step. Felt like giving up, but decided to just empty my brain and do what felt intuitive. I managed to get some basic lurch slide hopping down after a slingshot, and I can only describe the feeling as my fingers playing triplets on a keyboard, or like if I was flipping a page in a book back and forth, or like if I was shaking my head side to side with my fingers, huh... my biggest enemy right now is accidentally double jumping, lol.
Awesome video!
just started and I'm having the exact same experience lol, hope you eventually got good at it!
love u bry thx for the amazing guide now i can be faster in tf2 the one time i play it each year !!!!
Dude this video is actually super entertaining as a fan of the game, I may never use this tech but this video is entertaining nonetheless
Thanks very qualitative
I've start titanfall campain like 2 hours ago and i'm already looking into info about mouvement. It looks so good to be able to move that smoothly, I really want to be able to
Welcome, pilot!
Hope you're enjoying the campaign :)
i love it
Oh hey! I’ve seen you on tik tok and I just randomly came across your CZcams by accident. I’m definitely enjoying practicing speedrunjing and I’m sure this will help
came here years later to say the phendrana drifts ost is appreciated. much love
Fantastic guide! I will definitely learn some of these tricks, thank you. Also, how do you get that keyboard and speed overlay?
YES FINALLY
1:44
Aaah... Air
Such a good soundtrack
W for the titanfall 2 community
as a beginning pilot in multiplayer who constantly gets stomped because of lack of movement, this video is amazing! this is what i have been looking for
OH MY GOD ITS BACK
Greatest movement guide of all time
Yeahhhh I'm gonna have to watch this a few times
Good music choice, love Metroid Prime
Phendrana drifts music bro. This man knows good advice & good music
As someone who’s never looked up a tutorial and have played in more or less isolation for years. I’m excited to see how I compare
best tutorial on the site
Thanks for this. I have now returned to the TF2, and I remember that despite being not terrible at movement, I wasnt too good either, so I hope this will help me survive longer in the multiplayer :D
Is that metroid prime snow biome musical Damn that brings me back
I'm so glad I found this video. I'm pretty novice when it comes to the movement in this game, I can slidehop and bhop pretty consistently, but I've been making the mistake of assuming that this game plays exactly like Team Fortress 2 and trying to airstrafe at those speeds. I've noticed the strafe lurch, but could never pin down what caused it until now. Thanks!
Some new pilots might find this vid useful, Good job on making this video mate.
thanks
I love the fact you used Ghostrunner music in the beginning.
