2. Once accepted , the school will issue you a Form I-20
3. Pay the SEVIS I-901 Fee $350

4. Complete Form I-539

List of supporting documents:
- Copy of your Form I-20
- Proof of SEVIS I-901 fee payment
- Evidence of financial support (bank statements, financial affidavits, etc.)
- Copy of your current Form DS-2019
- Copy of your J-1 visa and passport
- Letter of explanation detailing your intent to change status and your plans in the U.S.
- Any additional documents as required by the Form I-539 instructions.
