These phrases are quite common in everyday conversation, and this vocabulary is incredibly useful for proficient speakers because they are rather specific and used in certain situations.

Is run through is a synonym to go over in the same context . I’ll go over it again that means to repeat?
They're similar. But 'go over' can also be used when talking about reading something. 👍

For the most part, these phrases are interchangeable. 👍

It depends what section. Some exceptions are a little more informal in which case you may come across them. 👍
