I was hopeful when the injury bug bit around the all star break cause it gave time before the playoffs for key players to come back in time....then I realized how hard it really bit ans was upset that it derailed such a promising season

Fr they did amazing considering how badly they were hampered with injuries. Can only imagine how hard they could have pushed the Bucks this year with their team at full health in the playoffs after building team chemistry during the year.

Lol DeMar had one good game out of 5 and Middleton was injured. Best case scenario, the Bulls may have pushed it to six if they were fully healthy (Lonzo included). It took a DeRozan masterclass (7 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal, 2 blocks, and 41 points) to steal one game from the Bucks and win by just 4 points. Then they lost by double figures in every single game after that lmaoooooo. This team is going to go as far as LaVine, Vucevic, and the supporting cast take them, and it's hard to judge how good LaVine can be as a playoff performer because it's his first year. Bulls don't have much more upside than this. It's sad to hear, but it's the truth lol. DeRozan isn't gonna get any better. It truly does just depends on how far LaVine, Vucevic, and the supporting cast can take them because DeMar is practically non-existent in the playoffs.

The Wade-Rondo-Butler trio was some strange times. Then the 2017-2021 drought was so miserable. The 2014-2015 bulls squad and the 2021-2022 were my favorite aside from Derrick Rose's MVP seasons.

Yes a lot of their trades were bad, namely the Rose and Portis trades. The Jimmy one was actually not a bad trade. Usually when you trade an all star, you never get one back in return. While Zach is not the two way player butler is, he’s a much better scorer than Jimmy. I’d rather have Jimmy, but we could’ve gotten a player a lot worse than Zach.
