That dresser was a total work of art. I was so happy looking at that turquoise master piece! You said we don't want our faces to look like the creative pieces we distress, so true. Maybe when God looks at our old spots and wrinkles he sees the same beauty that we see looking at old furniture. We want to see all that texture and character. You are little creative beauty yourself.
I love all of your videos but those when you are alone, telling your stories are THE BEST, it’s not just about your talent and victories but just about who you are...your failures and deceptions are also important lessons and that’s what bring us all closer to you...GOD BLESS YOU!
It amazes me that you can still come up with something unlike anything else you've done, yet with the same basic materials. Even your Stories! I never imagined that you would have had 'work done' on that beautiful face! But it's your face, and do what makes you happy! You make your legions of fans so happy.
Debi's Design Diary You are awesome! Your personality is epic. God has blessed you in so many ways and has gifted you with such creativity and talent. You are also an overcomer. I just wanted to encourage you and tell you how much you bless me. Much Love... xoxo
I was at the class & I thought maybe you had gotten stung by a bee or an allergic reaction. I was meeting one of my mentors for the first time, I sure wasn't going to ask. That would have been rude. But you looked a little better at dinner. So glad to hear what it wasn't serious!
I love your creative self. I’ve watched you since you were painting in your garage and I think what was the alley. My dream is to be as creative as you are.
I was feeling down, had trouble sleeping so got up. Found this video at 2:30 am and have laughed so hard my cat came to see what's wrong. Your videos are ingenious! Thank you for sharing your authentic energy. Love your stories and projects. 💜
Dionne's description had me in stitches and what a nice group to not point out your face but instead were grateful to meet you and have a wonderful class.
Debi, I just watched your tie dyed video where you were talking about your friend who passed away.... that moved me so much, and I am so sorry for your loss!! You definitely made a big impact in his life and thru you he found the Lord!!
Ok, ok...now this is the 3rd idea I am going to copy. I have an old grandfather clock that would be beautiful in this design. Debi, my darling, you must be channeling my inner soul. I was going to start on the "wedding cake" dresser first, but I am picking up the clock Saturday afternoon so I might as well do it first. Either way, you have at least given me some great projects to look forward to. As for your cosmetic procedures, I'm all for them, but remember it's hard to improve on what's already perfection. You're beautiful and cute already🖌️👧👍👍👍
This one was really well produced -- do more like this. AND this piece is gorgeous!!! Your mix of story telling with instruction is a great combo -- you don't need an outline, just start talking to your phone/camera. THANKS for the new colors too.
This is just gorgeous!!! Everything you create is a piece of art. Thank you for sharing your talent with us and your quirky, precious personality...you sparkle :) Love everything about your channel, your craft, your stories and talent, the music you choose, all so unique!!!!
You are hilarious. I love your work. I am in my fifties and can say this honestly. No one is looking at your face for imperfections. We are listening to your voice for inspiration.
I have been watching your videos for the last few hours. Your creativity blows me away and you are the consummate storyteller! By the way--this dresser is beautiful, gorgeous, amazing!!
You are brave to share your story of changing your face. I do believe that we all have choices to make with our looks, and you are in the public view, so I get that you would want to keep that youthful look. Yet you are lovely already, and just think- you have earned the right to have sags and bags, but you don't. By the way, the furniture redo is Stellar, just like you, and who you are. Never forget that.
OMG even before you started talking about what you didn't "like" about your face I actually thought, "WOW you look great!" As you always do. I bet there are so many others out there that think the same. I think we are so critical of ourselves although I do also think that if your not happy with something then change it for yourself and nobody else if it makes you happy. You look beautiful anyhow.
I absolutely love your beautiful pieces they blow me away with each new video I fall in love with the lovingness, passionate, exciting energy that is present and that you share it with us i think that is so cool . The manner in which you handle the whole creation process with trusting the universe and believing in your abilities and the things that you choose to express are so divine and leading edge and pure like the water you are simply the most adorable artist you are changing the world with the way you inspire and bring your beauty to the planet .We all love you very dearly and may all your needs be met and more with our true appreciation and all of our highest thoughts we thank you sweetheart.
Wow! I was cringing while you were describing the procedure. So glad you are better now. The project piece you are sharing is absolutely beautiful thanks
This dresser is just absolutely beautiful!!!! You are so talented in the field you have chosen!!! Keep up the great work and keep the video's coming! Also...Debi...you are absolutely beautiful both inside and out and you don't need anything done to make you look younger. I look at those people in holly-wood and a lot look so ugly when they start messing with things to keep them young. You don't need botox, or anything else done to make you look younger!!! Please just be who God created you to be...although you did have me cracking up on your video about having everything done. You are a funny person and people like you being original so keep up the great work you do!!!!
Hi Debi, I thought you looked different in Oklahoma than you looked in previous videos. No wonder you were hiding at the corner of the table after the class. I could still tell it was you and by your willingness to pray before the class began. You have a heart for sharing and caring for others. You are a blessing! I am glad you are sharing your story now.
Debi's Design Diary ok, for some reason I was thinking you sat by your sister and people you work with all the time. It was nice to talk to you for a couple of minutes though, blessings!
Such a great video and story!! I literally laughed out loud, and I loved the Dionne cameo👏👏👏 Once again Debi Beard, you pushed the creative envelope!! I love it!!🥰🌼🥀🌾🍃🌿👏👏👏👏👏
I love your videos! I have them on auto play and listen to them while I'm painting or crafting! I have seen each one a few times now ha! Thanks Debbie! You're the best!
You have some great ideas, Debbie! You are a creative genius! I don't want you to get so discouraged... my parents are gone also... don't be so hard on yourself... we love you (in Jesus!):-)
At 66 yrs old I look back now see all the time I wasted thinking I was "older" than I looked or felt . You look fantastic, do what you feel and feel what you do.( Lol pretty sure you got the last part down.) Rock on , you're the real deal.
I don't know what I love most, the diys or your awesome stories! You are so humble, inspiring, hilarious and talented. You are my kind of people. Love you!
Two years ago I decided to embrace my graying hair. I was tired of the white showing through around my face within a week of renewing my auburn hair dye. I kept my pixie cut fresh with frequent trimmings, but gave up the dye. After nine months I had much more dark hair than I expected with beautiful silver streaks all around my face. By this time I was going through menopause and also was really tired of the frequent haircuts. I went through all of the awkward stages of letting my hair grow out. For maybe the first time ever, I realized that I have very wavy, shiny, full hair. It was collar length and uneven all over when I got a cut and perm to even out the waves, curls and flat spots. Exactly a year later, I have upper back length hair with a fresh cut and spiral perm. I won't be doing anything to it for months. Why am I telling you this? Because my silly hair journey was a big decision for me. I look much older than I did three years ago and I've been through menopause (I wish it was truly over, but soon enough.) I suddenly feel really free. I wish my face wasn't deteriorating, sagging, with age, but I'm more interested in being my new self than dealing with doctors and payments and maintenance. My body has changed and my clothes have gotten more stretchy, flowing and expressive. I didn't know that I would care so much less about other people's opinions and so much more about feeling like myself at this stage of life...is this some grand secret that our hormones have been hiding from us? Debbie, you do what makes you feel good, but I hope that someday accepting your natural beauty will be part of the journey.
Melsteriffic Mama getting things like pedicures, eye lash extensions, hair color etc has always been something that I really enjoy and look forward to. I am sure I will be doing these things until my very last day :-) we are all different it’s never been a burden for me, it’s a joy I think it’s fun giving myself A new look or an update much like painting furniture. Each woman is unique and no less than because of her preferences 💕
Hi!! you are very fantastic and I love what you do with all the furnitures. I'm from Switzerland and I arrived in US one year ago. I discovered you and I like to see you. I saw all your video. you inspired me. and I also discovered the paint , and it's wonderful to work with this paint. Thank you so much for being you. I like so much what you do with this furniture mix different things. Ps: Excuse me for my English. I'm still learning.
I hope you know how fabulous you are. If you ever decide you don't want to paint and sell anymore you could become a professional story teller. Your saga about DIY paint was horrifying, The world is full of vultures and thieves. I never believed that when I was younger, but at 75 I know a lot about it. I moved to Italy 18 years ago. I have lots of stories like your paint story. Your face story is hilarious. Plus you've inspired me. I want to find out about the fat transfer, although I'm sure I won't be able to afford it. Plus, finding a doctor I can trust here will be a challenge. How did you find yours? I've spent all afternoon bingeing you videos while making grape vine wreaths, but now it's time to quit and go exercise. You're wonderful, a refreshing tonic. So glad I found you. xoxo
Debi, I love your videos and have used your paints. I have always admired your openness and earthiness. I must be honest, I was really disappointed to see that you had work done on your face. I thought something different about you, not quite the same face and smile. You have every right to make your own decision on your body work. I must share also what I have found more self. I am 66 and I look at my sagging joules and wrinkles and have worked really hard at accepting who I am, wrinkles and all. I have found that the more I embrace the beauty of my wrinkles, the more I am set free. I really believe that women must do what they believe is the right thing, as you have. But we as women come to love who we are wrinkles and all. I hope for the future of my 4 daughters that they embrace their beauty, the beauty of aging. I love your videos, your creativity, your energy and your paint. But I thought as you have been so honest in your earlier videos, I needed to also share my thoughts on women and the aging process. God bless you and I wish you increased success and happiness.
Deborah Wesner I respect your opinion , it doesn’t disappoint me that you have a different point of view. I’m not sure why the fact that I have a different perspective would be disappointing to you?
merrilew I’m doing the best I can, please be kind. You can easily skip over the live videos. People have been asking for more content so this is my solution given my 60 hour work week.
Thanks for making me smile. The things we do to fight aging. I have a book on facial excercise and if you do it regularly you can feel that burn and it does make a difference in the jowl lines. Do whatever makes you happy I say xxXX Grambo
I sure do WISH I was near you to come and take classes! Your pieces are PHENOMENAL..... TRULY PHENOMENAL!!! Do not do anymore to your beautiful face ! You are gorgeous .... please don’t ruin yourself.....☹️
Jayne Brown we all need to be trusted to follow our heart ❤️ My mom used to call me a strong willed child, and she was right. I will be very likely doing more in the future :-) because it makes me happy.
Yes so happy to see you had video posted this morning.☺️ heard on JRV live video yesterday you was working on a video. The dresser is so so pretty. 😍 Your dress is so cute. 🏵 Luv to see you do a Mexican flower design on a dresser. 🏵 You are a beautiful soul. We are handmade By our Creator. So excited for new paint colors😀 I will be shopping with Cara's Color Me Vintage booth in Allen Tx. She is Closet retailer to me. Bout 2 hours away
Thank you for this video. I needed it tonight. I’ve been searching non stop for my fathers bio family. I knew names of one of the 3 possible bio dad’s. I reached out this one of these men’s grandson. The conversation quickly got weird. It started out fine. Probably because I did all the talking. I was excited. It ended with him wanting pregnant photos of me, my sister and my mom. I at first didn’t understand. Then after the third or fourth comment I had to go. It was creepy. Long story short. There’s more to that. I must end this with thank you for something inspiring. I need to stop focusing on this, and more on myself. I’ve put myself to the side for about a month for some serious research. I found bio mom, even though she’s passed. I have found her nephew. Good people. Thanks for sharing the video. When you were painting with Dionne blindfolded, I noticed. I asked my sister if Debi looked different. It’s okay 👌 Debi. Thanks for putting yourself out there. I guess I did today also reaching out. I can’t wait for Sunday. Two more tickets 🎫 I wish my sister and I could come.
Dear Jackie, I wish I could say the right words to help you have peace regarding your biological relatives. I don't know if you are a Christian, but I will jump off from that end of the pool. As a believer in Christ, I am "adopted" into the family of God. I am no longer "out" I am "in." The New Testament book of John is a great place to start if you do not know much about having a relationship with God through Jesus. I will be praying for you to have peace. I know it is hard.
Hi Debi, I don't know if I've written this before, but you have the best music on your video's out of any I have watched! I'm watching this one for about the third time. I think this might be my favorite piece out of all you've done! Thank you for all your inspiration. PS: That is the cutest dress! You always wear the cutest clothes, could you please consider telling me who makes it also?
Another gorgeous piece for the books! Debi, you are so incredibly creative and entertaining. You are beautiful with face fillers, Botox, lasers or not. Life is short; do what makes you happy. ♥️🌸🌺🦋
I am working on my staging wall and have this very idea going. Dionne makes things look so easy. Perhaps they are. It just seems like once my brain gets a hold of an idea, ease isn't part of the process.
Beautiful dresser and great story! I loved the spontaneous feel of this one. And I cracked up at Dionne’s “what happened on that flight?” 😂😂 You look wonderful, but I’ve thought since I started watching your channel that you are beautiful inside and out. I’ve been researching options myself as I come up on 50 in a couple of years. Thanks for the info on what you’ve done and have planned. ❤️
I'm now in North Carolina. Charlotte us the nearest retailer. 🦋I've already watched this video, and watched Dionne with you. I love DIY PAINTS. My favorite is Apothecary.
I admire you Debi. I never could've been that open about making any changes in my appearance. I understand completely as I believe we are close to the same age. I also plan on having a couple things done in about a year when I finish losing a few pounds. What's important is that I will be doing it for me, only me, to feel happier with my appearance and better about myself. What others think is not important.
That dresser was a total work of art. I was so happy looking at that turquoise master piece!

thank you so much Martha, xoxox so happy you enjoy the videos :)
thanks for being patient, hoping to get more edited videos out this month!

Worth the wait Debi!!
WORTH THE WAIT!!!🥰💗

Just wanted to say how much you have inspired me to open my own vintage store. And I hope to meet you some day.
Debi's Design Diary Soooo worth to wait...keep them coming cuz can’t get enough❣️🖤
I screamed looking at you applying paint to a perfectly nice piece of furniture. 😳😲😲👀💔 It turned out beautifully.

I love Dionnes words " I see that it's Debi, but Debi looks puffy.."
beautiful work x
You are hilarious. I love your work. I am in my fifties and can say this honestly. No one is looking at your face for imperfections. We are listening to your voice for inspiration.

Hi Debi,
I thought you looked different in Oklahoma than you looked in previous videos. No wonder you were hiding at the corner of the table after the class. I could still tell it was you and by your willingness to pray before the class began. You have a heart for sharing and caring for others. You are a blessing! I am glad you are sharing your story now.
Chrissie VanDyke I wasn’t hiding, I was trying to sit next to people that I hadn’t had a chance to connect with very much. 💕
Debi's Design Diary ok, for some reason I was thinking you sat by your sister and people you work with all the time. It was nice to talk to you for a couple of minutes though, blessings!
Debi, you`re creative and funny as hell.
I literally laughed out loud and of course, I`m going to watch it again, and again, and...

I hear what you said. Same happened with me. 61 now with long silver hair, no dye in years. I'm just me, and that's enough.
Thanks for creating and sharing this video Debi!! You’re a shining star!!
I really enjoy your videos Debi! Always remember in a hurry, done is better than perfect!
I have watched this four times! A. For the gorgeous dresser B. Your storytelling. Love it!
Hi!! you are very fantastic and I love what you do with all the furnitures.

You always encourage me to try something new! Your videos are always worth the wait.
Kascha sent me here💚
She’s right- no one can tell a story like you😍
Debi, I love your videos and have used your paints. Amo los tutoriales que haces , eres mi inspiración , gracias desde Islas Canarias , España
I love your energy! You inspire me! You make me laugh constantly!!
This is sooooooooooooooo much better❤️. So much cleaner than the frazzled stuff. Thank you Debi ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I love your channel Debi and I’m also a loyal DIY customer. I didn’t mean to be unkind. I loved being inspired by you. Forgive me. 😔
🌺 Another Beautiful piece of furniture!! You are such an inspiration to me. I Love your channel soo, soo much. You ALWAYS LOOK GORGEOUS DEBBIE!!
This is so beautiful. I love creating texture on pieces with spackle and molds @ stamps.
Stunning! You look fantastic ❤
Love your work 👍🏻👏🏻 but I was just curious why you always film looking up and not have the camera at eye level ?😀
Thanks for making me smile. The things we do to fight aging. I have a book on facial excercise and if you do it regularly you can feel that burn and it does make a difference in the jowl lines. Do whatever makes you happy I say xxXX Grambo

Oh my word! That’s gorgeous!
I'm sold! If you need a roommate, please pick me!! You are a great inspiration. Beautiful dresser, I luv it Debbie❤
Hi Debi, I don't know if I've written this before, but you have the best music on your video's out of any I have watched! I'm watching this one for about the third time. Another gorgeous piece for the books! Debi, you are so incredibly creative and entertaining. You are beautiful with face fillers, Botox, lasers or not. Life is short; do what makes you happy. ♥️🌸🌺🦋
Love the dresser and your story too
This dresser is beautiful. Thanks for sharing how you did this.
I am working on my staging wall and have this very idea going. Dionne makes things look so easy. Perhaps they are. It just seems like once my brain gets a hold of an idea, ease isn't part of the process.
same for me, i think Dionne is has perfected making things easy!
I'm so in love with the process- from one "Deb" to the next you are amazing !!!!!!!!!!! #beautiful
Beautiful dresser and great story! I loved the spontaneous feel of this one. And I cracked up at Dionne’s “what happened on that flight?” 😂😂
You look wonderful, but I’ve thought since I started watching your channel that you are beautiful inside and out. I’ve been researching options myself as I come up on 50 in a couple of years. Thanks for the info on what you’ve done and have planned. ❤️
You are queen creativity.
I'm now in North Carolina. Charlotte us the nearest retailer. 🦋I've already watched this video, and watched Dionne with you. I love DIY PAINTS. My favorite is Apothecary.

That is one of the most beautiful pieces of furniture I've ever seen! And you look great!! Tfs

I just love you! Your beautiful beautiful beautiful, before after and forever! Inside and out
Interesting finish. I always like to see others who also di creatove finishes. Thanks for sharing
I always love your projects and your stories!
