Other feminist organisations are possibly being funded by the state , example being NationalWomans Council who are vigorously pedalling the Yes vote

Organisations like National Women's Council are NGOs so they are funded by the government.

Yes, funded so are actively campaigning for the YES YES vote so as to protect their funding...
