- The NBA has never really seen a player quite like Shaquille O’Neal.
The 7’1 hall of famer bullied your favorite guards, posterized centers and filled up the stat sheet.
He was so dominant that the NBA changed the game just to make it fair for everyone else

@@Messup7654 who hasn't people are mean we talk about everyone
Since Shaq knew of his unequaled capabalities, that's why he only push himself, ONLY when he feels like it.
Let me put it this way, a night wherein his playing mood is a little below average & just wants to cruise thru the game, is ENOUGH to demolish a current lower than a Top 4 team.
Because he was a mobile monster, MJ will still dominate but with full back-up arsenal from Rodman & Pip.
The problem.is that Shaq chooses to be cruisin' more often than pushing himself.
That's his big difference from Kobe, wherein Kobe got from his idol & GOAT ~ MJ.
I think everyone has heard the story already, but just to show how insane Shaq was when he put his mind to it. On his 28th birthday, he had a game against the clippers, but he had spent all day playing his party and was tired and since he wanted to rest to be ready for his party so he was planning to foul shave to leave the game early so he could rest. In the first quarter, he had 10 points and the lakers were down 27-18. He then noticed Kareem, his idol was sitting on the sidelines with the clippers trying to help them strategize how to take him down. He then decided he was gonna go off the next 3 quarters to show off for his idol. He finished the game with his career high 61 points to go along with 23 rebounds. The history of basketball is kinda interesting because they've changed the rules a lot over the years due to a single player being dominant.
