I just want to say I discovered you from commenting on a St Bernard Acres video. Seems you both do your own work and make videos showing yourselves taking care of your equipment.
But the video I saw your comment on was regarding customer service zombies. I’m thousands of miles away from St Bernard Acres and I’m seeing the same things over here too. Too many people who don’t know what they’re doing in the stores, everyone I get on the phone is a scammer or someone who can’t speak English at all.
It’s sad.
