Thanks for this video. I have an interview for PM coming up next week for a Sponsor Company. I've been in the industry as CRC, CRA, Sr. CRA, Lead CRA and Associate PM for many many years. I am a bit nervous. I am familiar with the terminology and can present my 'real life' experiences as examples. I've never been a Project Manager before. I’m glad you are telling that story at the end because I had an interview for study start up that stumped me and I could tell they felt I didn’t know what they were talking about. I was embarrassed after I realized I knew the answer ..... and didn’t get the job lol
