Oven Baked Chicken and Rice | One Pot Chicken And Rice

- The rice in this recipe is very delicious! It's buttery and garlicky, tender but not mushy. The secret tip is to briefly bake onion with garlic and butter before adding the rice, liquids and chicken - it adds a great flavor base!
Ingredients
4 bone in chicken thighs
1/2 cup red bell peppers
1/2 cup green bell peppers
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup yellow bell Peppers
1/2 mushrooms
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon adobo seasoning
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups rice
3 cups chicken broth

Really nicely cooked👍 most tasty.&I like to add some diced Canned Toms& some Frozen Veg or even a few small diced par cooked Potatoes ( Sometimes) .. ( And maybe a few indian Spices) But a really well prepared Dish! 👍 from Vegas..

BTW, no salt, the veggies provide flavor. Used no sodium chicken seasoning,+1/4tsp complete seasoning.
