My Toro pulleys look similar and I removed the spring before replacing 1 broken pulley but now can't get the spring back on even with a string. How do you have your mower jacked up to access getting to this area? Thanks

I didn’t have it jacked up, I was just squeezing my arm up under there to reach it.
