Idaho State Detective Tolleson Gary, who is on the case of Idaho 4 , is presently being sued along with his colleagues, in the case of Dr Moore by Dr Moore. Daniel L Moore 63 of Bonners ferry. Idaho District court has made a ruling that interrogation of Dr Moore was under coercion and decided to dismiss the criminal charges against him. Idaho Attorney general has admitted that police conduct in Extracting Dr Moore's statements on august 27 2020 was "Condemnable".

Tolleson threatened and tried to coerce Dr Moore's Alibi witness who was also a Coroner.. // then tolleson Changed witness testimony about color of the ( car that was driving away)... from 2 tone 2 colors, to only white.. to target Dr Moore who had a white car... // State detective Garry Tolleson and Van Leuven had nothing connecting Dr Moore to the murder victim. // NO physical of forensic evidence. // Dr Moore has been cleared. November 12 2021 Idaho Attorney general addmitted that Ryan assistant chief who is Tolleson supervisor and also participated in interogation , that Ryan's condust in extracting dr moore statents in august 27 202 was "CONDEMNABLE".
