    I wish we had white ink in our sublimation ink. That is the only downside I can see. Thanks for the great video!

    Looks great, what printer settings do you use?

    • @MakingwithMarilyn
      @MakingwithMarilyn  Před rokem

      I have used a couple of settings. Presentation matte paper and glassy photo paper. I used high quality printing as well. I tried small samples of different paper settings and different quality settings until I found what worked best for me.

    🔥🔥🔥 Loved the video. Did you press it a 2nd time?

    • @MakingwithMarilyn
      @MakingwithMarilyn  Před rokem +1

      Yes, I sure did. I talked about it and showed the second press toward the end of the video if you want to see it.

    Great video! My question to you is that you where saying how your ink got on your print wheels…will that continue to leave ink on other projects if it’s on your print wheels?

    • @MakingwithMarilyn
      @MakingwithMarilyn  Před rokem +1

      It possibly could. You can print a blank piece of printer paper with just a letter or word on it to see if there is still ink on the rollers that will come off.

    What paper setting is your printer by chance?

    • @MakingwithMarilyn
      @MakingwithMarilyn  Před 10 měsíci

      I typically used presentation paper setting and high quality printing. I saw Crafting with Delonda did a video where she adjusted the density factor for really good results.

    Hi Marilyn. Catching the replay. Could you put it in those ovens like you use for tumbler’s to cure it. Just curious.

    • @MakingwithMarilyn
      @MakingwithMarilyn  Před rokem

      I've never tried it, but I imagine you could if your oven is large enough. I might turn the blower off to keep the powder from moving around but I'm not sure it would even blow around.

    Great job, turned out great. I need to try this now that I get a better understanding. Was the T-shirt you used cotton or polyester?

    What heat press do you have?

    • @MakingwithMarilyn
      @MakingwithMarilyn  Před rokem

      The press I use for DTF is an inexpensive press that I bought off of Amazon a few years ago. The brand is Aonesy but this exact press is no longer available. There are several on Amazon pretty much just like it.

    Will it stay permanently?

    • @MakingwithMarilyn
      @MakingwithMarilyn  Před rokem +1

      It is very durable but I assume it will wear about like other things you add to shirts. So they last a nice long time, but it will eventually wear out too. I have washed these things and they wash up very well.
