- I hope you like this one my darlings!! Lately I've been getting lots of requests for whisper videos so this one include inaudible whispering as well as tapping. Isn't this handbag so cute? I'm pretty sure it's still available (at the time of posting this anyways haha)
Something that's been on my mind lately- sometimes I get questions to the tune of- "Why are so many of your videos soft spoken when your username has 'whisper' in it?" I started making ASMR videos before the term "ASMR" was commonly used. Back then we were the whisper community, so if someone had the phrase "whisper" or "tingles" in their username you knew they'd be posting ASMR. But luckily as time went on, our community started to have our own terms and names and these days most people know what ASMR is, which is so cool! It's why I eventually added ASMR to my name (ALB in Whisperland ASMR). To me, Whisperland is a place where everything is calm and gentle. I love making both soft spoken and whispering videos so I'm sure I'll always continue to create a mix of both 🥰

in the UK we’d call that a bag or handbag, then purse is a word used predominantly for a female identifying person’s wallet and wallet is used mainly for male identifying people

I think clutch is now considered an antiquated term in the US, that's why it's become dialectical.
"Clutch," as far as I'd always known, was just a very small, almost wallet-sized purse that you literally have to keep clutched in your hand because there's no handle. I'm not saying anyone's wrong! God knows I'm not girly enough to have kept track of any of this. XD I just never would have used that label for a bag of this size!
@@bellinbluee I'm American and over 30, and I have never in my life heard anyone say "clutch." Seriously. Could be regional, but I've never heard it in any major movies or tv shows, either. Most Americans would call this a purse. Maybe some would call it a hand bag.
I'm Australian and I'd call it a 'clutch', lots of my clutches have a removable strap or chain for convenience if you get tired of carrying it, and are this size. It fits only the most essential things. A handbag on the other hand? You'll find Narnia in one of those if you look long enough 😅

here's how I categorize them (US)
wallet: holds money and cards, folds closed
pocketbook/clutch: a little bigger than a wallet, zips or clasps closed
hand bag: purse-sized, but handle cannot go over the shoulder, or is very long like a satchel (i'd consider this hear bag a hand bag :) )
purse: shorter strap(s) goes over the shoulder

re: your question at 15:15, I was born in Texas, and if I'm the one using the bag, I'll pretty much always just call it purse or bag out of quickness. But if I were describing it and being specific, I'd say that a smaller purse with a handle (one that you carry, not one that you sling over your shoulder) is a handbag, and anything larger is a purse. I've heard people call the smaller bag that holds cards/money a pocketbook before, though it seems like the term is more antiquated? I just call that part a wallet, regardless of shape or size.

I would say a purse is usually larger and a hand bag is small enough for you to carry in your hand. Technically both are “purses” but it’s up the the person. A purse is anything that you can carry on your shoulders. And to store money you would use a clutch or a wallet. Anyway hope you have fun with your new bag! 💖💅🏻👛👜

This video was deliciously soft. I love your soft spoken content for sleep as I don't wear headphones for bed so I can actually hear the video in those cases, but this was a special little treat. I’m English so I’d call that a bag and a wallet a purse :) it’s a wallet if it’s “for boys” in England lol
In California in the USA we call it either a purse or a hand bag. But I'd mostly call it a purse because my association with a handbag is something a bit thicker and sturdier and has short handles to hold.
