*I’m a 45 year old war veteran and I’ve lost every relationship and failed at everything in my life. Four days ago I was laying in bed, crying and I prayed to God. I told him that I have nothing to give him that’s worthy of a King but my broken heart. I heard him speak to me and say, “allow yourself to fall apart, it’s ok, I’ve got you.” I began to sob uncontrollably. I heard him speak again and he said, “I’ve got amazing and extraordinary things in store for you, just trust me.” So all I have is a broken life surrendered to Him. I have to give up and let him do the work because I am nothing on my own*

Please don't let any root of bitterness spring up in our hearts and help us to remember that You always heal. Sometimes You heal here on earth and sometimes You heal in heaven. Jesus conquered death and sin. Hallelujah! Your Word says we should give praise at all times. Because we trust You, we give praise even when our hearts are breaking.
