I am battling severe and chronic insomnia, anxiety, mood changes, depression, weight loss and very poor quality of life. I am alone at the moment with no friends or family. To be honest, I have faced tremendous hardships throughout my 52 years of life, but nothing prepared me for this season. I didn't know this level of suffering exists in the human experience. It's unbelievable! If I did not have hope in Jesus, there is NO way I would want to continue living. I am exhausted and need healing and restoration soon. Thank you for these videos, they have helped me keep my faith in God.

At church we may have different personalities and sometimes this can be difficult, but we are brothers and sisters. Family stays together. My mother is elderly and she is so close to God! She cannot attend church. She misses the relationships but she is saved and born again. I believe we all have circumstances to not always attend church. Her four sisters were sexually abused by the Pastor when they were young. I question how safe are the churches today! Pray for discernment.
I don't think I'm worthy. I am troubled. I don't know how to find peace within what's happened.. if God is good then I'm obviously bad and I don't know why I can't feel gods grace. I mean I try very hard to keep optimism but I'm very nervous and feel fear about all that's happened. Why does God ignore me when I ask for help
I have sometimes felt the same. It’s been useful to remember that nothing lasts: that includes not just things of comfort, but also fears and troubles. It is all temporary. Our truest nature is our god nature, or is simply the equanimous witness, not the states it is witnessing. Realising it’s all temporary can give you just enough space to work on your conviction in self worth, which will flower in hope, trust and peace: rather than fears and anxieties.
