Love him singing bluegrass and love the smaller show. He’s super down to earth. My mom has always loved him but I was more classic rock/blues and some bluegrass until I saw him at Clapton’s crossroad festival. Amazing guitar player.
Why any kind of music, a past love so sad.. but Bluegrass.. Just well,.. I wish you well.! . 😉 (and NEW LOVE TOO.. ..) and how could anyone not just love this.. just old fashioned manners, great musicianship, tales of life... Soul and stories...Del McCoury..just any one playing in his company 👍

That’s the best job in the world, you don’t make much money but you have a great time, I don’t know any musician who became a musician for the money
Thats why Vince stopped playing bluegrass couldn't make enough money.Thats right from the man's mouth himself. He said he decided he wanted to eat,so he had to get a way from bluegrass to make some real money. Thats why there are professional musician who do it for a living "the money", and semi pros who have another job but also play music,"for the money on the side".Its not usually you get bands to play for free because they just love it so Much! Just sayin!

Nicely done. (Music starts about 1:03) Vince, as he always does, knocks this out of the park... He hits the notes that Bill never could.
