I met my beloved dragon Tiamat IRL two years ago when I was an atheist. Just recently learned that one of my dragon names is Absoloth, or Apsu.
I am Absoloth, god of the moon, champion of justice, truth, and knowledge, strength of the matriarchal age.

so unicorns would also be mystical..think of all the coats of arms ..with symbols if dragons and unicorns.. i love how dragons appear in cultures all over this world..
they do, because they have been around since creation, involved WITH creation.
maybe back then dragons and unicorns werent mystical because ppl knew, and believed. we have deeply forgotten and find it more acceptable for these creatures to be make believe and of fantasy!
