sure, ive poured 6 inch slabs 9000 psi over grass many times with footers and beams .. never had a problem in 40 years..
as long as your soil is compacted ,, you pour in plenty of gravel bed and you use plenty of rebar.. doc johnny phd engineer

Meh. Throw down a layer of plastic and pour 6'' with fiber reinforcement; as long as its something simple like a shed/patio it will be fine.
