I love this episode! The fact that she realizes Fred and Barney won't be on television with all their friends watching, and saves the day? One of the sweetest moments they ever had. And the song is great!
This part of the episode never ceases to make me cry. Fred and Barney thought they failed Annie in trying to help her make it in the singing/entertainment business (not knowing who she really was until her true name was announced and she began singing onstage). Touched by their effort...Ann returns the favor by having them sing alongside her on stage.
@@kennywohl1061Yes and Wilma was blown away that Pebbles took to her new Babysitter so quickly. She also was a great friend to Tina Turner after she left Ike. She, Rod Stewart, The Stones, David Bowie, and Olivia Newton-John were angels to Tina Turner. Olivia's former manager took her on in 1980 and five years later she has one of the biggest comebacks at The Grammys. The stage is supposed to be the Hollywood Bowl, which holds an important role in music. The Beatles played there, The Supremes performed there without Florence Ballard in 1967, and 10 years later they get booed off the stage, and Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys perform there before Brian Wilson has a nervous breakdown.
I forgot the beginning lines of the song but bear with me. The first little lamb jumped over the fence and was off to the land of Nod, the second and third were close behind like three little peas in a pod. The fourth little lamb was too chubby to jump, he crawled under instead. The fifth little lamb wasn’t there at all, he must have stayed home in bed number six jumped around as confused as could be he didn’t know where he had been, he jumped over that’s true but before he was through he jumped over, jumped back and jumped over again. The next little lamb was the littlest lamb, too little for such a big leap. Though he tried like a scout he soon tuckered out and the littlest lamb fell asleep, the littlest lamb is asleep.
I love this song and I remember Ann Margrock! I love that name! This show's writers were so clever to include a sly wink and a little humor for the adults.

This episode originally aired September 19,1963 I was just a kid I’m sure I saw it when I was around 8 or 9 in reruns !! This was 1 of the greatest cartoons ever made !! I was talking to a girl that I went to school with from first grade on I said to her it seamed like it was just yesterday Karen that we were kids she agreed !! Besides The Powerpuff Girls (1998), The Flintstones was the other Hanna-Barbera series I wanted Boomerang to bring back to the channel for quite some time. Now, they air reruns of both shows once again.
The Flintstones will always be the number one cartoon of the century. And it is so fantastic speed Barney and Fred get to dance and sing with Ann-Margret
If felt so good to see Fred and Barney participate in the end. Overall, the Flintstones were probably the best cartoon in the history of TV before lousy imitations such as the Simpsons and family guy came about...... The Flintstones begin to jump the shark after pebbles, then Bam Bam, then hoppy, then the hatrocks, and finally, kazoo
Need I remind you that The Flintstones itself was a lousy imitation of The Honeymooners. Jackie Gleason even considered suing the show, but his agent advised against it, after telling him that he didn't want to be known as the man who killed Fred Flintstone.
@@jasobres Not only did I already know all of that, the one stupid thing Jackie Gleason failed to do was get in on the marketing strategy as to the overall value of the entire Flintstones franchise for many decades to come, Charles M Schulz knew about such a thing with his peanuts franchise. “I love you but I ain’t gonna be a fool” love this even still in 2021
I ain't going to be your fool no more
Cried and cried until my eyes are sore
Gave you all the love
I had Still you tried to treat me bad
I loves you but
I ain't gonna be your fool
I'm sick and tired of all your cheatin' and lyin' I'm gonna find myself a boy to keep my heart from cryin'
Then you will be so blue
A weepin' and a moanin' and a cryin' too
I loves you but
I ain't gonna be your fool
Last night
I thought about you
About things that we used to do
About the things that we used to say
But that was yesterday
I'm a gonna change my ways
Now it's my turn to play
Gonna find me somebody new
A-take-a-place-a-you now
I ain't going to be your fool no more
Cried and cried until my eyes are sore
I gave you all the love
I had Still you tried to treat me bad
I loves you but
I ain't going to be your fool
You're going to find out just what you're done wrong
You're going to wake up in the morning baby I'll be gone Each and every day of the week
I can't eat my dinner and
I can't sleep
I loves you but
I ain't going to be your fool
I loves you but
I ain't goinna be your fool
I loves you but
I ain't gonna be your fool
