      Hi Benjamin, cook it on medium heat for roughly between 45-60 minutes. It depends on the quality of meat you have, hence the 15-minute time gap. Make sure to stir every 5-10 mins so the curry doesn't stick to the pan. Hope this helps 🙂

    A few questions:
    1. Can I use chopped tinned tomatoes instead of fresh tomatoes ?
    2. When you put the lid on and cook for 60 minutes, do you have to stir occasionally ?
    3. After you put the garam masala fenugreek etc, how long do you then let it simmer for ? And do you put the lid on ?
    4. How do you get rid of the meat smell before you cook it ? Can I soak the meat in vinegar overnight to get rid of the meat smell, would you recommend that

    • @CookwithNabeela
      @CookwithNabeela  Před 2 lety +1

      1. You can use canned tomatoes also
      2. Stir every so often so it doesn't burn from the bottom
      3. When you put the garam masala and dried fenugreek, you don't need to cook but if you want to give it a mix for a minute or two.
      4. Some people do use vinegar to clean their meat but I don't. I just give it a good wash. If there is too much of a smell, that means the meat is not right.
      Hope this helps 🙂
