Chris the fact that you can be so unbelievably dominant even with your autoimmune issues and injuries is so inspiring. I’ve been chronically sick for the past month and have had to take constant breaks from the gym and it sucks, but knowing what you deal with and what you’ve been able to do gives me relief. Focus on digestion. Ignore everything these guys do. Eat kimchi, and aged coleslaw. And fresh fruit and veg smoothies with raw eggs. Make sure to consistently stretch and open up every joint and all connective tissue and cartilage in your body. Clearing calcifications in joints may give you diarrhea. Just power through it. Hydrate a lot also.

Me being a Dallas native one thing that I always love and appreciate is when people come to visit Texas. They always come back and stay. They say something about Texas just grabs a hold of em.
Regardless of the crazy weather we get every 10 minutes, the country roads, the constant road construction on I-35, peaceful countryside, city skylines, and the vast amounts of cuisines. Texas is really the best state.
