kabaleyan, i just want to ask regarding the rescheduling of appointment online. today aug 24, 2022 im applying for renewal and im trying to resched it to sep 21, 2022 but it isnt showing on the screen, is there a time frame on how many days should the rescheduling be? balbaleg ya salamat!
Hello po. sinubukan ko yung mag resched pero unfortunately po within the month lang po yung available date. try nyo na lang po mag online apointment one day before your scheduled date or within the week po nung plan ninyong pag punta

Sir Dexter, i have a question regarding the required 2x2 photo in the application form. I took a shot using my cellphone camera then upload the image. Ang kaso po ang lumabas yung photo ko po ay naka horizontal position. Paano po ba irotate ng vertical? Zoom in at zoom out lang kasi ung nasa form. Salamat po.
edit nyo muna sa computer or sa CP bago nyo iupload po :)
Hello po sir... How to transfer sa ibang prc branch,bali i'v already set an appointment kaso mjo malayo sa amin kung saan ako naka set, paano ko po ma transfer sa ibang prc branch .. para sa malapit lng sa amin
as for dito sa amin po, inientertain po yung mga naka sched minsan sa ibang branch pag hindi naman po crowded. so I think try to inquire po sa malapit na branch sa inyo kung ok lang na yung appointment ninyo sa ibang brnach ahy i-process na lang po sa jan. :)
Mag eentertain po ba sila kapag nag walk in ako sa prc office na walang appointment? Hindi po kasi ako makapag-sign in sa website nila kahit na tama naman yung email at password ko😔😔thank you so much po sa makakasagot..need ko na po kasi mag renew ng prc license ko. Godbless😇

try to restart your browser maam and log in again. if it doesn't work. I think , you may try to create a new one.

pa check po ulit yung transaction ninyo kasi ang alam ko po hindi siya magpoproceed sa payment kapag wala pong selected branch. try also to connect with PRC po sa kanilang official email. nagreresponse naman po sila :)

Hello Dexter, I want to ask if the QR Code is just for you or can i use it also for my payment at pay maya kasi i failed to select the mode of payment during my filing the renewal of prc. I still can't pay because i tried to reload again the information but i cannot anymore because there is existing transaction and appointment time. Is there any way to do payments? My appointment is OCT. 7..I still don't know how to pay....I went to PRC cashier and they did not accept me..
the QR code is unique po. so it's only for the account transaction po. I haven't try selecting other transaction po, what i do is cancel the existing transaction then make another transaction po :)

in my case po kasi nagpapasched po ako 2 months before my target date. pag maubusan po ako slot inaantay ko magka available po.

if you have at least a picture of your PRC ID, you will no problem. regarding going without apointment, no po. you will not be entertained without it. :)

ang tanda ko po, yung Old Prc ID for Verification lang po. yung inupload nyo pong Pic ang ilalagay sa bagong ID and hindi na po ako nagdala ng stamp. need din po certificate of trainings for CPD

Hindi ko pa po natry maam pero based sa experience ko po. try nyo na lang po i-copy paste yung Ñ doon. kung hindi naman po niya i-accept, sa ibang platform po kasi pwede na po ang "N" lang then i-explain na lang po sa office nila pagrenew ninyo na hindi nag aaccept ng Ñ yung system nila :)

SA pagkakaalam ko po pag first time po ok lang po na walang CPD points. kung hindi nyo naman po first time mag renew, pwede rin pong walang CPD points pero tatatakan po record ninyo na wala kayong CPD na pinasa.

My father asked me to help him to apply for online application for prc... Then yesterday, I already working for it... March 2021 po ung expiry ng license niya for radiology technician/xray tech... And im already done for registration, doon po sa part ng renewal tab na ako nagkaproblem...May nag pop up po na mismatched daw po ung last name or first name na pinag register ko... And na realize ko po lately na mali po talaga ung first name na nairegister ko... Dapat po talaga may jr. dun sa first name ng father ko, pero un na nga po.. nag apply po ako ng jr. dun sa suffix option....
Hoping po ako na matutulungan niyo po ako... Btw... Kahapon pala po ito nangyari.

yan po yung diko pa naencounter po pero normally sa extension po ang jr. kaso may mga name na talagang katabi ng first name ang jr. pero just like I said most probably sa extension po.
