Your honor, Yes I can relate that situation. I was a Teacher 3 from my original school. I was applying for transfer because of a valid personal reason my safety but I really demoted from Teacher 3 to Teacher 1 for my new school. It was almost 3 to 4 years to be promoted again to Teacher 3. So sad but I could for my safety that time.

Very clear and nice explanation po Sir, 2hours teaching related can be done inside or outside the school as explained by ASDS, then 2 hours per day lang ang pwdeng i overload teaching, not exceeding 2 hours po. Not teaching welfare ang focus ng ibang school head po , kundi po pag lumalabas ang teacher sa school hehehhe

Sana po mapadali na iyong MEMO para sa SDRRM coordinator o sa lahat ng ancilliaries kasi napakadami nang ipinahahawak sa teacher na coordinatorship hindi na makapag focus sa teaching dahil sa report tapos ASAP lahat.

Dapat bigyan din ng mga tching load ang mga head tchers kase po sa tutuo lang madami if not all sa kanila ay nkalatulog lang sa aircon office nila kase wala po silang magawa they hav very limited work compared to tchers pero ang lakilaki ng sweldo nila at panay pa nagpapahirap sa mga tchers by giving them so many pressure at work

As I have observed karamihan sa kanila busy sa kanilang thesis and researches kaya napapabayaan na ang mga learners bibigyan na lang ng sitworks kase gumagawa ng paperworks si teacher for her studies. Dagdagan pa ng mga coaching for a particular contest. Nakafocus si teacher sa isang learner para manalo s acontest iniwanan ng ilang linggo ang majority of the learners sa classroom na walang ginagawa. So hindi nakapagtataka na mangulelat sa PISA.

Correct po, Doctorate na po pero hindi naman nagtuturo ng maayos pero nadaig p 'yong mga matagal na sa service na dedicated at committed sa DepEd parang unfair sa mga datihang teacher. Isa pa pong observation ko karamihan sa mga baguhang teachers aral ng aral ng masterals' degree para ma promote kaagad ang masaklap p Friday p lang aalis na ng school ang dahilan magpe-prepare na ng report nila for Saturday at sa DTR di p nire- reflect ang absent, kasi Friday p lang wala na sa school so absent dapat siya kasi wala naman service credits na ini-offset.
