- Two Great Mazda CX-50s that look very similar, however there is something different under the hood. One of these has the SkyActiv G Turbo engine that is price $500 more. The other has the standard SkyActiv G 4 cylinder engine that has more interior equipment. What's your choice?
The 2024 Mazda CX-50 Turbo is $500 more than the 2024 Mazda CX-50 Premium Plus.
The Premium Plus includes Bose sound, Ventilated Front seats, power folding side mirrors, and active driving display. The Turbo adds the SkyActiv G Turbo and the Signature headlights and taillights.

Remember with the premium plus trim, you get the 12 speaker, Bose system, power folding mirrors, heads up display, heated, and cooled seats that you don’t get on the base Turbo🤷♀️
I just traded in my 21 CX30 Turbo Premium Plus for a 24 CX50 Turbo Premium Plus. For me, it ALWAYS the TPP!
stop pin striping modern cars, looks dumb. dealer upsell that nobody knows to ask to be removed.
The turbo should come with the Bose for that price.

It does on the Turbo premium and turbo premium plus. Standard turbo and the meridian model have a standard stereo system.
the cx- 50 2024 wireless charger will not charge an iPhone 14 in the standard charging case from apple. Do you have a suggestion?

I love the turbo power and interior. Both need lift kits as standard. But I’m leaning towards the non turbo motor for reliability. As long as it’s powerful enough to safely merge with traffic I’m alright with it. But then I think with the turbo power it can tow more and handle a decent lift kit with chunky tires for proper off road vibe. Just been burned with turbo cars (Audi 2.0 T)
On turbo uses cylinder deactivation so based on that the turbo will be more reliable

Just bought the 2024 Mazda CX50 Turbo PP in zircon sand + terracotta (build date 12/23). The feel and ride is comfortable esp after adjusting the tire pressures (cold) to 35 psi. Not a huge fan of the 20" wheels/tires...wish there was an 18" wheel option + better tires vs the stock Goodyear Eagle Touring ones. They're okay...but, Michelin's would be a better fit. To each their own...
You know you can get aftermarket wheels, right ?
How did you find the build date?

Not sure if I’m having an issue with CX-5 but my Auto switch for climate control, suddenly turns off without manipulating any other climate switches? Is this normal? I find it quite annoying and I’m not sure if it’s an issue or if I’m doing something to trigger this.
If its on auto its probably sensing that you’re at a desired temp. and shutting itself off. Same as a home AC, if you set it to 68 degrees and it reaches those parameters, it will shut off until needed again
Ftlb of torque? I like it better since pound feet of torque makes my toes hurt.

Don't care for the Turbo engine but the Bose system is a must have! I wish the Premium Plus had the cloth seats and the Platinum Quartz Metallic color options. Leather seats are overrated!
I hate that they did that one the CX50 Headlights and taillights what a cheap move Mazda
Especially paying for the top trim level premium plus even though it’s non turbo. My 21 CX-5 Grand Touring isn’t a turbo and it have projection halo headlights
