When's the best time to go foxing? At night with a host of lamping and NV equipment? Not according to Gary Green -- he's out in the middle of the afternoon in high summer, under a blazing sun. With his rifle, Swarovski Z6i and Fox Pro caller to hand, he's hoping to catch a fox that's menacing the local farmer's chickens and that has developed a routine of daylight raids. The scene is set -- now we just have to hope the fox shows up before the sweltering heat is too much for Gary and he heads off for a long drink.
Meanwhile, Byron's on the bench tackling one of the most persistent problems with rifles: trigger creep. Taking the screwdriver to his trusty CZ 452, he shows you how to get the trigger operating perfectly every time.

    Another great vid thanks,
Just on the CZ trigger work, I find that taking pics with my phone as I go is a great aid to re-assembly.
    Cheers

He put the washer in the wrong way. It should be up against the pull weight adjustment nut. Hence the flat edge to correspond with the nut. Great easy fix, I used a Lowey kit from Australia, 5 springs and 6 or 7 shims for the creep adjustment.

Think the washer with the indents should go's next to the trigger rod nut, also indents on nut as the indents stop the nut rotating while under tension and altering the tension on the trigger spring pull,,,,,,,,

Do you not perform a bump test on this trigger work? I opt for ising the palm of my hand and hitting it against the rear of the stock. To check if the shim is too much? Just something I read somewhere.

It's a shame to kill the fox but having chickens and turkeys my self it's the only way to get rid of them if you don't they kill everything
