How to Make: Simple Mask Base

Make your own head base using only a balloon, newspaper, glue and tissue!
Materials needed:
-Balloons
-Newspaper
-Masking tape
-White glue
-Paintbrush
-Toilet paper or craft tissue
-Scissors

Try crumbling the newspaper really well to make it softer, then it won't pop so easily :)
