RKJ sounds great if your drinking the cool aid but he is one of the biggest liars out, no different than the rest. Just do a little research for 20 minutes. There are even videos of him lying straight to the camera. If you want to know who your voting for it's your duty to put a little work in otherwise your just blindly deciding you like the chocolate icing on the cake but you have no idea what's actually in it. My house is all red lights and reptile basking lamps. No more headaches when I work inside. I can promise you basking bulbs are going to skyrocket in price once the system figures out people are circumventing the led push with them. You can get flicker free red leds by running them off linear dc power supplies. Once your power company gets draconian with detecting incandescent use you many need to isolate the lighting via batteries, ensure any pwm-based inverters are far from you. If you need lights close to your body, bundles of plastic fiber optic cable are quite cheap, simply doubling distance will reduce emissions to your chassis by 75%. Also if you are concerned with nn magnetic fields from fans/pumps they make mumetal housings, just run a dedicated ground to the enclosure.
I know they have very different styles but I would love to see Dr Kruse match up with Zach Bush.
We need likeminded people on returning to nature and etc to communicate. He had a huge aha as a physician also and left centralized. He’s trying so hard just like Jack to rewild our psyches.

I came across Jack in 2008, and I thought he was crazy. But then I started reading, and I went back to school to learn even more, and now I realize that he just said what everyone else was refusing to say.

Ummmm.Bought the narrative from the dermatologist???? I grew up on a boat, spent my adulthood working as a lifeguard and teaching skiing. I have horrible brown spots now and was diagnosed with melanoma last year! I never wore sunscreen and wished I had!
Perhaps your EMF exposure was bad during those years, JK did mentioned that would negate good sunlight .

Your skin cancer is a result of the building blocks of your cells..start with the fats/fatty acids.. chemicals he mentions..insulin growth factors from the fructose in the diet that are broiled in the EMF and lack of adequate healthy for circadian rhythms.. Omega 3s and inadequate amino acids and too many glucose molecules from the liver.. this is systemic, environmental. Dr Joe Dispenza gives some mind/body remedies that are in your power to direct your own physiology.

Either do the research yourself or listen to what Dr Kruse is actually saying as he's spend thousands of dollars and hours doing just that and provides info to others for free. Also in his sphere he has said that there is ample evidence that body appearance and mitochondrial makeup varies per human.
