actually it is a good thing to see that teams are beating top tiers coz it means players are getting better and refreshing to see new faces like ONIC handling it like normal. shows that players are really competitive and that's what makes it more exciting. I dont think it's holding back their reins, pero i feel it's more of an experiment that BlackList sticks to a certain comp that they lost a match with or letting the opposing team choose heroes that really are top picks. they are crying coz they are expecting blacklist to ALWAYS win. they cant understand that most teams are already catching with their ube strat. the game is changing and evolving, blacklist will not be always on top of it’s game.
Exactly!! Minsan nadadala sa items ang counter ng heals, I'm a support user player and my gosh grabe walang magagawa ang heals kung mabu urst ka lang ng heroes... Blacklist is known for their queen of support. But when i watched their game versus Onic i found an interesting pattern. (Ill just keep that to myself, baka ano pa sabihin saken ng mga tao 🤭☺️)
Watch their gameplay against RSG. Blacklist is showing changds in their playstyle. Usually when they clash, lahat tlaga makakasali, commonly known ube strat but this time, Edward flanking will be a game changer. Personally Best game for mpl S10 ang Blck vs. Rsg game 3. Very clean and professional. Mala M4 galawan, that's why other countries consider MPL Philippines as breeding spot for ML metas.

Look at Smart Omega last season: last team in the standings to make the playoffs, and yet made the finals. Just like in the NBA, the real contenders use the regular season to refine their game and unleash it all in the playoffs.
I really enjoy watching the games of blacklist. It is fun seeing them win and it is still fun even if they lose. Seeing them lose means that the meta is still growing and changing. It is unexciting to watch the meta become stagnant and seeing only one team dominate. Complaining about the drafts is acceptable because it shows that they really want the team they support to win but being too toxic is unacceptable. They should realize that there are reasons why they drafted that way. The only complaint I have about the blacklist and echo game is the game 3 draft. I understand the lolita pick because it helps in disrupting the yve and wanwan but I would have preferred other heroes for Veenus not to discredit his skills but seeing him play other support heroes feel more natural. Instead of lolita I would've preferred picking Edward's heroes first like paq, thamuz or even bene to annoy the yve. The bruno pick was questionable but I understood it after your explanation but I would have still preferred a claude for teamfights but the downside in comparison to bruno is the slower pacing but claude would've made it awkward for the yve to ult and make it harder for the wanwan to enter the fight. I also think that bruno will have a hard time picking up his 1st skill balls because of the franco and yve.
Yung Bruno pang disrupt sa flickt ult ng franco kasi pag nag claude ka sa game na yan matic kakainin ka ng franco yve kahit nasa torre ka pa. Iniwasan nila maharas sa early game kaya sila nag bruno. Walang gagawin claude sa ganyang line up puro slow tas ikkite lang ng wanwan yan. Tong mga ganto eto yung mga m5 lang narating e. Sarilinin mo nalang yang opinyon mo at nagmumuka ka lang bobo.

Blacklist was ahead in 2 games vs Onic but lost due to micro errors. They used the same draft. Blacklist won game 1 and almost won game 3 with the same draft. Blacklist never adjusted in those 2 series Onic and Echo adjusted and showed their cards. Blacklist kept their Aces

Kahit i counter heroes madami parin factors ang mag affect sa game like positioning, objectives, outplays, decision making, at etc. Sometimes luck also plays a big part of a teams triumph... Also if the new emblem system will be implemented sa kalagitnaan or within the MPL season, it will be a possible factor to turn things around.

My problem with the drafting ay 'yung inuuna nilang i-secure 'yung hero ni OMV at Wise kaya "nauubusan" ng hero si Oheb for gold lane. Napakakaunti na lang talaga ng S-type hero for gold lane and hindi rin madaling magactivate yung ibang mm. Tulad ng G2 (nalusutan sila sa Rafaela at nabanned out yung Irithel) at G3 (hit or miss na sagot yung lolita sa franco, at mas maganda yatang nagdiggie sila ulit to provide vision and mobility sa real world manipulation) Wala rin naman ding problema sa paulit-ulit na balmond ni wise kaso yung edge nila dati na mapapaisip ka kung ano ijajungler nila or kung sino ba gagamit, parang nawala sa last 2 matches at nakahon na lang sila dito sa specific hero pool na sinusubukan nilang paganahin.
If you guys think na nasa experimental phase ngayon ung BLCK you're mistaken on certain levels... Just like na sinabi ni Lyrick dito sa vid, BLCK had all the counter picks for all the 3 games they played vs ECHO, and as a matter of fact, ung mga counter picks nila mga heroes ay comfortable para sa knila eh, Balmond, Xavier at Paquito? Lalo na yang overused Balmond ni Wise? They got a good draft but execution from you and your team and how your enemies react/respond plays an even more important role sa game...
Feel ko lang nag tatry out ng mga diff line ups ang blacklist but it is nice to see your perspective kung bakit ganun draft nila. I have to admit na there could've been better drafts like a Brody instead of Claude since dependent ang Claude sa item yet Brody early game can do damage. I do hope talagang nag hohold back lang sila sa line up talaga nila otherwise it's nice to see Amateurs rising to the challenge, it only means mas competitive sa PH ang MLBB and growth sa mga magiging international representatives.
Dito talaga natin malalaman sa match na to na counter picking is not enough, and that winning the draft is not always winning the match. Kapag kabisado mo gamitin yung hero, alam mo rin yung counter, and alam mo yung counter sa mga counter. Props to both teams, MPL PH is definitely exciting and hoping for more videos to come!

Ang nakikita kong problem ng blacklist ay yung limited hero pool. Medyo basa na rin ang laro ni vee kaya hindi na tulad ng dati na lahat ng hero ni vee ay banned. Lalo na sa part ni oheb na hanggang ngayon, tatlong hero palang ang nagagamit (Bea, Claude, Irithel). Pero siguro may ilalabas pang drafts sa mga susunod na linggo na itinatago muna ng blck kasi pwede nilang gamitin sa playoffs na gugulat sa lahat ng teams

I find it funny that Blck picked Balmond for FIVE straight games this week. 😆 Either theyre running out of heroes to synergize with Veenus' heroes since their signature junglers are not meta (Aldous, YSS) or they are experimenting their drafts. Either way, it's back to the drawing board they go. If they can utilize Faramis for themselves then they can make a lot of great plays. It's good that the other teams are stepping up! It helps that the meta is broader now, where more heroes are viable for pick now. I'm personally rooting for ONIC too, the rookie team has stole my heart this week. :) It would be poetic if they did win MPL after being denied five championships and star players all left and gone. 😆

the mathilda should have been picked sa game 2 kasi obvious na itetake ng echo yung isang support for wanwan. another factor is maybe what the players from blacklist is thinking and is going through before the game. oheb's gameplay is very uncharacteristic for him in game 2 and 3
Im a blacklist fan and supporter ni momshoe and veewise. Pero someday we need just need to accept what happened. May they fail this time but not all the time blacklist will be the winner and also be the loser. Right now, they need us to be supportive no matter what the outcome is.
I've been watching MPL specifically Blacklist's games and the moment I introduced MPL and Blacklist to my parents, the team I am supporting just kept losing XD It was so embarassing that I was so proud and confident that they would win but the moment they watch they lose hard XD

they're not running out of ideas with their deep hero pool how will they run out, I think they are trying to experiment lineups currently with the patch notes for example the natalia jungle because of its changes on the passive skill (enhanced damage on creeps is still on without attacking them from behind) plus the original 5 just got back so they're still probably hiding their ace draft/ set up

Blacklist is one of the best team that all we know that most of the other teams find a way to decode their strat, on this game, I noticed that blacklist is not quiet enough to shutdown, gaya ng analysis, they counter wanwan, so they that, they forgot their own playstyle, for me kase, si momshie is one of the best player in using healer heroes but they forgot it and ECHO used it, so see the difference in game 2? Rafa pick, gaya sa analysis, unusual or hindi natin to nakikita kay yawi, so yun lang naman napansin ko, but I believe that blacklist will rise again, gaya sa m3 when they lose at BTK dun sila nagising na masyado sila nakampante and naactivate ulit ung init na bumawi. They gambled kaya ayan olats. For sure, they already know what Wanwan can do pero they took the risk believing they have the code to deal with Wanwan. It was effective pero giving it for 3 consecutive games doesn't sound so wise. Was it repetitive, i think somehow, Yes. Was it an accident? No, i think they deliberately planned/baited Echo to go for Wanwan. I think they were a little too focused on countering Wanwan especially game 3(Balmond, Xavier and Lolita as counter. Nag Winter Truncheon pa si Wise). They could could have easily avoided it by banning Wanwan. Was the game totally bad and unentertaining? No, the game was so exhilarating but it was still upsetting knowing they have the best players in the world and they have plenty of strategy on the bag pero they opted to go all in against Wanwan. Pra sakin maganda ung rafa pick ni Yawi kasi: 1. Since nasa gold lane nakatambay si V33 at naglalagay ng bomba, ihheal lang ni rafa ung damage. 2. Vision gamit 1st skill

Having watched Blacklist games since nung s7, madalas nagiging weakness nila yung mga conceal plays tska death bushes na ganito. Kya madalas sila nadadale sa Omega. Pero sa totoo lng, npka laking lesson neto sa Blacklist (yung laban sa Echo). They will realize na ganun pla gumalaw si Yawi, may mga ch4knu plays din pla. So sa 2nd round rematch, I think 2-0 yan.
Para sakin blacklist should consider other mages that could scale better and have more utility than Xavier na mag counter dun sa wanwan. Pero maganda parin naman yung pinakita nilang laro and other teams are keeping up as well sa plays ng blacklist which makes the curr. MPL more competitive. May the best team win

Nung nakita ko young onic na match up at eacho parang may napansin ako, cc heros can really dominate early to mid game, maybe blacklist needed more counters para sa cc kasi sa echo may faramis, julian, rafa, chou, wanwan, even si tamuz may konting stun at si franco pa pala, maybe the concept is more stun means more opportunities para ma drain ang resources nang blacklist, there is digge as an answer to all cc tank heros but is it really enough? Maybe cc heros broke the code for blacklist especially onic's atlast, and that franco play by yawi, nag crumble agad kasi ang position nila pag ka patay ni oheb, cc heros are really dominating blacklist line up.

They're trying to push on using the same characters on their match against onic, might be a strategy itself. Remember they are the ones that said they adjust strat. Depending on their match-up. We'll just have to wait and see. It's too early to predict..

Opinyon ko dyan nag eexperiment ang Blacklist at since nasa top sila ng Rankings ginamit nila yung 2 series (vs Onic at vs Echo) para makapag experiment. Kase di naman masyadong makakaapekto sa kanila kung mababawasan points nila. Kung titignan nyo yung dalawang series, same line up of heroes lang ang ginagamit nila. Yung una sa Onic, 2 games yun pero same heroes lang ginamit. At ngayon sa Echo, halos same heroes lang din ang ginamit buong series. Feeling ko ineexperiment nila kung pano kontrahin yung mga new meta heroes like Faramis kaya lagi nila yon inoopen. Sinubukan nila sa Pro Scene mag experiment kase kung sa Rank Game nila gagawin yon hindi seryoso at tsaka di naman mga Pro makalalaban nila don. Paghahanda narin siguro nila yan para sa mga susunod na laban pa. Uulitin ko opinyon ko lang to 😊
im thinking that blacklist is intentionally not putting their max effort. it's either 1) they dont want their code to be broken in just the early weeks or 2) they're learning different team comps and learning to counter them. as far as I know there is a prize if you win every game in MPL tournament if I’m not mistaken it’s around $200-$300 every game that’s 15k pesos each game. I don’t think they’re intentionally not putting their max effort on every series. it’s just they were outplayed on their 2 losses.

actually it is a good thing to see that teams are beating top tiers coz it means players are getting better and refreshing to see new faces like ONIC handling it like normal. shows that players are really competitive and that's what makes it more exciting. I dont think it's holding back their reins, pero i feel it's more of an experiment that BlackList sticks to a certain comp that they lost a match with or letting the opposing team choose heroes that really are top picks. Watch their gameplay against RSG. Blacklist is showing changds in their playstyle. Usually when they clash, lahat tlaga makakasali, commonly known ube strat but this time, Edward flanking will be a game changer. Personally Best game for mpl S10 ang Blck vs. Rsg game 3. Very clean and professional. Mala M4 galawan, that's why other countries consider MPL Philippines as breeding spot for ML metas.

In all seriousness: Blacklist is so good, they don't care about the regular season. Look at Smart Omega last season: last team in the standings to make the playoffs, and yet made the finals. Just like in the NBA, the real contenders use the regular season to refine their game and unleash it all in the playoffs.
I really enjoy watching the games of blacklist. It is fun seeing them win and it is still fun even if they lose. Seeing them lose means that the meta is still growing and changing. It is unexciting to watch the meta become stagnant and seeing only one team dominate. Complaining about the drafts is acceptable because it shows that they really want the team they support to win but being too toxic is unacceptable. They should realize that there are reasons why they drafted that way.
The only complaint I have about the blacklist and echo game is the game 3 draft. I understand the lolita pick because it helps in disrupting the yve and wanwan but I would have preferred other heroes for Veenus not to discredit his skills but seeing him play other support heroes feel more natural. Instead of lolita I would've preferred picking Edward's heroes first like paq, thamuz or even bene to annoy the yve. The bruno pick was questionable but I understood it after your explanation but I would have still preferred a claude for teamfights but the downside in comparison to bruno is the slower pacing but claude would've made it awkward for the yve to ult and make it harder for the wanwan to enter the fight. I also think that bruno will have a hard time picking up his 1st skill balls because of the franco and yve.

My problem with the drafting ay 'yung inuuna nilang i-secure 'yung hero ni OMV at Wise kaya "nauubusan" ng hero si Oheb for gold lane. Napakakaunti na lang talaga ng S-type hero for gold lane and hindi rin madaling magactivate yung ibang mm.
Tulad ng G2 (nalusutan sila sa Rafaela at nabanned out yung Irithel) at G3 (hit or miss na sagot yung lolita sa franco, at mas maganda yatang nagdiggie sila ulit to provide vision and mobility sa real world manipulation)
Wala rin naman ding problema sa paulit-ulit na balmond ni wise kaso yung edge nila dati na mapapaisip ka kung ano ijajungler nila or kung sino ba gagamit, parang nawala sa last 2 matches at nakahon na lang sila dito sa specific hero pool na sinusubukan nilang paganahin.

I find it funny that Blck picked Balmond for FIVE straight games this week. 😆 Either theyre running out of heroes to synergize with Veenus' heroes since their signature junglers are not meta (Aldous, YSS) or they are experimenting their drafts. Either way, it's back to the drawing board they go. If they can utilize Faramis for themselves then they can make a lot of great plays.
It's good that the other teams are stepping up! It helps that the meta is broader now, where more heroes are viable for pick now. I'm personally rooting for ONIC too, the rookie team has stole my heart this week. :) It would be poetic if they did win MPL after being denied five championships and star players all left and gone. 😆

they're not running out of ideas with their deep hero pool how will they run out, I think they are trying to experiment lineups currently with the patch notes for example the natalia jungle because of its changes on the passive skill (enhanced damage on creeps is still on without attacking them from behind) plus the original 5 just got back so they're still probably hiding their ace draft/ set up

Sa tingin ko is, may nakatagong strat ang blcklst sapagkat kung pansin natin, they try other picks na labas minsan sa gameplay nila they practice if it's a effective or not.
Blacklist is one of the best team that all we know that most of the other teams find a way to decode their strat, on this game, I noticed that blacklist is not quiet enough to shutdown, gaya ng analysis, they counter wanwan, so they that, they forgot their own playstyle, for me kase, si momshie is one of the best player in using healer heroes but they forgot it and ECHO used it, so see the difference in game 2? Rafa pick, gaya sa analysis, unusual or hindi natin to nakikita kay yawi, so yun lang naman napansin ko, but I believe that blacklist will rise again, gaya sa m3 when they lose at BTK dun sila nagising na masyado sila nakampante and naactivate ulit ung init na bumawi.

Maganda yung naging rotation ng both teams, ideal yung pag baby ni Diggie kay Oheb kaso na anticipate ng Echo yung bawat galaw ng Blacklist, sayang lang kapag hindi nakukuha ng Blacklist mga comfort picks nila
They gambled kaya ayan olats. For sure, they already know what Wanwan can do pero they took the risk believing they have the code to deal with Wanwan. It was effective pero giving it for 3 consecutive games doesn't sound so wise. Was it repetitive, i think somehow, Yes. Was it an accident? No, i think they deliberately planned/baited Echo to go for Wanwan. I think they were a little too focused on countering Wanwan especially game 3(Balmond, Xavier and Lolita as counter. Nag Winter Truncheon pa si Wise). They could could have easily avoided it by banning Wanwan. Was the game totally bad and unentertaining? No, the game was so exhilarating but it was still upsetting knowing they have the best players in the world and they have plenty of strategy on the bag pero they opted to go all in against Wanwan. Having watched Blacklist games since nung s7, madalas nagiging weakness nila yung mga conceal plays tska death bushes na ganito. Kya madalas sila nadadale sa Omega.
Pero sa totoo lng, npka laking lesson neto sa Blacklist (yung laban sa Echo). They will realize na ganun pla gumalaw si Yawi, may mga ch4knu plays din pla. So sa 2nd round rematch, I think 2-0 yan.
Para sakin blacklist should consider other mages that could scale better and have more utility than Xavier na mag counter dun sa wanwan. Pero maganda parin naman yung pinakita nilang laro and other teams are keeping up as well sa plays ng blacklist which makes the curr. MPL more competitive. May the best team win

Opinyon ko dyan nag eexperiment ang Blacklist at since nasa top sila ng Rankings ginamit nila yung 2 series (vs Onic at vs Echo) para makapag experiment. Kase di naman masyadong makakaapekto sa kanila kung mababawasan points nila. Kung titignan nyo yung dalawang series, same line up of heroes lang ang ginagamit nila. Yung una sa Onic, 2 games yun pero same heroes lang ginamit. At ngayon sa Echo, halos same heroes lang din ang ginamit buong series. Feeling ko ineexperiment nila kung pano kontrahin yung mga new meta heroes like Faramis kaya lagi nila yon inoopen. Sinubukan nila sa Pro Scene mag experiment kase kung sa Rank Game nila gagawin yon hindi seryoso at tsaka di naman mga Pro makalalaban nila don. Paghahanda narin siguro nila yan para sa mga susunod na laban pa. Uulitin ko opinyon ko lang to 😊

You don't have to give games away to counter other teams composition in the latter phase of the season.
as far as I know there is a prize if you win every game in MPL tournament if I’m not mistaken it’s around $200-$300 every game that’s 15k pesos each game. I don’t think they’re intentionally not putting their max effort on every series. it’s just they were outplayed on their 2 losses.
