    CZcams Affiliate Masterclass: greggottfried.thinkific.com/c...
    In this video I'll share what I would do if I had to make $1M all over again. Times are changing and some online business models no longer work in 2024. After making several million dollars from online businesses, this video explains which business model I'd choose, and what strategy I'd use, to make $1M online the fastest. If you're just starting online business, this video will be super helpful!

    My biggest hurdle to affiliate marketing is writing blog post. Im currently making a website in the Bone Conduction headphones niche, but stuck on how to write 30 or more blog posts about it. I do use Ai, but i want to be a good researcher and writer myself. I use bone conduction headphones but am not an expert in the niche
    The same applies to making educational content for videos in that niche.

      I really encourage you to make videos instead. The blog approach, especially with AI, has become super saturated and hard to make money with. If you're able to enroll in my affiliate course on videos, I have so much to share with you like titles and example to use.. The link is here: greggottfried.thinkific.com/courses/youtube-affiliate-masterclass
      and there's a free preview too. I hope to get the chance to share all this with you, I think it's exactly what you're needing right now..!

    Hi Greg, my question is there is limit to how much products we have used and can give review about it, and not all the time we can get our hands on the product. Some times because of our location etc. so in that case, how do one make a video? Can you give any tips regarding that please?

    Hi greg thanks for all your videos i've been binge watching them since 2am this morning from the uk ! In regards to doing an affliate program I'm struggling with things to discuss the only thing that interests me is travelling so how do you have any advice of how i can do this type of programme in respective of travel ?

    • @GregGottfried
      @GregGottfried  Před 2 měsíci

      That’s awesome! Off the top of my mind I’d be thinking must have travel accessories (or anything travel related you can purchase online) and travel services that have affiliate programs (for booking, flight tracking, price alerts, etc.). Would love to have you in my Masterclass group to dive deeper into this with you!

    tricky this one, requires a lot more work than print on demand. plus you basically need to be an expert on the subject or people wont care about your opinion. oh and not to mention you need knowledge on how to edit videos, a great camera, great mic etc.

    Hi Greg, thank you for the information. I’ve joined Amazon affiliate program and my niche is home improvement and organization. I am thinking if baby products as well. Is this beneficial niche and program? How would it work since Amazon has different products not programs and link expires after 24 hours ? Should I buy the products to give review? That would be costly. Please help. Thanks

    Thank you Greg for another fantastic video! I've been thinking of starting a YT reviews channel of affiliate products, but I have a question. In the niches that pay well, I might be using 1 or 2 products that have affiliate programs attached to them, but then, that's it. In other words, I would be done after 1 or 2 videos. How do you review products if you don't use them? In your case, you use a lot of software programs so you can intelligently discuss pros and cons of each one, but if your niche is Health, for example, in order to review high-paying affiliate products (like red light therapy units, etc), you would have to purchase them, right? And that will become really expensive really fast. I'd love to hear what you would do in this case, as a complete beginner. Thank you so much for all the great content you always offer! Best.

    So how often should videos be uploaded to really start making money? Also., the catch-22 is the need to have/use the products in question. I fully understand that we should give genuine honest experience and opinions on that. I'm not suggesting otherwise. But, using your example of vacuum cleaners, it would be costly for someone to actually buy multiple different vacuum cleaners just to have first hand experience to be able to make videos about them. And I don't think making too many videos about a single vacuum would go too far.
    What is the balance to something like that?

    Hey Greg, do you see Affliate Marketing as a better, more lucrative option compared to POD?

  • @OliviasWorldOfTech
    @OliviasWorldOfTech Před 5 měsíci +1

    Hi Greg. Would you recommend starting with POD instead of affiliate marketing in 2024? I have started POD in early January this year. I have uploaded about 200 designs to various sites, but have not seen a single sale yet. I watched a video the other day, that claimed POD is not passive income anymore and that to succeed you have to use paid ads or social media promotion. What are your thoughts on this?

  • @Dix-qc8qq
    @Dix-qc8qq Před 3 měsíci +1

    Avid subscriber. Senior citizen trying to make a living. I was hooked on your POD T-shirt videos and jumped in with all my clothes on. What do I do now. Stop that and jump into this? (haven't made any money yet in POD).

      Right on! Love it. They are both excellent business models, and the only two that have truly worked for me after trying all the popular ones. You can build them both at the same time, or one at a time. I run both but that’s after years of building them up so they can coast. In the beginning stage, I’d recommend seeing one through at a time, then once it’s making consistent income, start building the next. You could also dabble into the other one just to get the feel for it and see which one you really want to see through first 👍

    I wonder how many people watch your video on a product, bypass the link and go straight to the company's website because they're afraid to click on a link. I've always considered affiliate marketing but felt that just posting links in different areas like comment sections etc. was going to look sus. I am building my clothing brand with the help of your videos and others as well.

    • @GregGottfried
      @GregGottfried  Před 6 měsíci +8

      Great question! I had the same thought when I was getting into it but over time it’s never been a noticeable issue. I think it comes down to when you actually give the viewer valuable information that’s truly helpful they won’t hesitate to use your link as a thank you of sorts. I think it’s subconscious but that’s how I’ve seen it play out. As for putting aff links in comments and things like I don’t think there’s any added value there so I’m not sure it will hold true in that regard.

    Greg. I was a bit surprised you didn't talk at all about T-shirts, as I thought you earned most of your money from creating and selling T-shirts, and most of your video are about that.
    So do you really recommend affiliate marketing now over selling T-shirts? Putting the same amount of time, effort and passion into both, would you say affiliate marketing is generally a quicker path to the first million? After all, that seems to be your choice now.

    • @GregGottfried
      @GregGottfried  Před 2 měsíci +1

      Great question! I think the main factor is speed. There's no doubt selling print on demand t-shirts will get you there too, but it's a slower growth business (much easier to start and accessible for more people though). Affiliate is definitely harder, with more mental barriers to get past, but the earnings potential can skyrocket very quickly. Both are good paths, just a matter of each persons individual skills and needs 👍

    amazing, 1 question i do have is alot of people show their faces in the thumbnails and videos they do, i dont feel like im there yet and from exp i know seeing a face makes it look like a more trustworthy source, you think ill be able to get the same traffic without showing my face on youtube?

    • @GregGottfried
      @GregGottfried  Před 6 měsíci +3

      Glad you asked! Some of my best performing thumbnails on my other channels are faceless (in fact I don’t have my face on any thumbnails on my other channels). Additionally, making faceless videos is easy to learn how to do and perform very well. I have made many faceless videos on my other channels, and even built an entire channel that is 100% faceless and performs very well 👍🏼

    I think the presumption is that anyone who makes a video about product X is only going to say it’s a good product, otherwise why make the video in the first place?

    • @GregGottfried
      @GregGottfried  Před 6 měsíci +10

      Great question! I learned this from Gary Vaynerchuck when he started his first company Wine Library. He made videos reviewing wines and built his reputation of honesty by giving real genuine reviews of wines (not just promoting all wines). Then whenever he would make a video saying a wine was actually great, everyone would buy it because they knew he wasn’t afraid to tell them if it was bad. With that said, if you’re honest in your videos you will have a real genuine connection with your viewers.

    Hi Greg thanks for the video.Can I be an affiliate for your video course and does your course go into faceless videos?

      Thanks for asking! Yes the course has an affiliate program but it’s only available to students enrolled (so you know everything accurately about the course before making any affiliate content). Also, yes the course goes into faceless videos even including examples I made exclusively for the course 😀
