      Hi Greg!, my name is Alberto, I’m from colombia, I just wanted to say thank you... as you know my country has a lot of problems and it’s not easy to get financial freedom here, I’m watching all your videos and doing my homework, just started with the first niche of teespring, but I wanted to ask you an honest question, this really works, I’m kinda desperate right now, with all covid thing, everything is going nuts here, poverty is out of control, I’m on my financial limits right now, don’t have any money to invest, barely to survive, do you have any personal recommendation for me? I cannot fail in this.

      Do you have any data on what products are selling the most on teespring in 2020? Im guessing tshirts and hoodies would be a top 2, is it worth it to invest time and adding listings for canvas, stickers, leggings etc? Cause Ive heard somewhere that tshirts are like 98% of all sales so is it worth to add other items instead of using this time to add more shirts?

Can you please make a video with any tips you have for actually creating the content/articles for your affiliate websites? This seems to be my biggest challenge since I often find myself stuck in this phase since I always get block in the creative side. Would appreciate a step by step guide that includes your process of research topics, keyword targeting, product research, and actually writing the article if you have any tools that make this easier. This is great information. I was thinking about doing something like this so this is just what I needed. I have a few questions. Can you avoid having a website for every video by having a generic website like reviews and have a page for each product type? Or how do you correlate your websites with your videos without having too many websites? I saw an older video of yours about using Wix to make an affiliate marketing website so do you now recommend Wix or Wordpress? Can you provide a link to one of your affiliate marketing websites and related youtube videos so that we can see one of your finished examples? Thanks so much for what you do.

    • @GregGottfried
      @GregGottfried  Před 4 lety

      That is correct! Once you have the articles written on your site, you just turn all of them into videos. Very similar to POD actually. Keeping content quality high, but getting the volume as high as possible. Then just letting them "sit" and get found over time.

  • @LorisLaboratory
    @LorisLaboratory Před 4 lety +1

    Hi Greg! I've been binge watching your channel- great content, thank you! I have two questions please:
    1) I am interested in starting with affiliate niche sites (with your template), but is there a minimum price point we should be aiming for in regards to the items we are linking to? Low $, maybe easier/more sales but very low commission, and the opposite for higher ticket items I assume? Is there a 'magic' $ number here? One of my passions I could easily write about is only in the $15-30 range but it feels like that might be a waste of time?
    2) I signed up for Merch Informer after watching that video but the competition checker looks a bit different now, and every niche is coming up as F including the rock climbing one in your video, which showed about 50 items in your vid but has tens of thousands now? It looks like you only get an "A" if there are only a hundred or so competitor results, which means you're not really looking up niches, but looking up specific designs. Even really narrowed down niches have thousands of results (grade F). How many competitors are too much in your opinion? Are we getting to the point where Amazon Merch is too saturated? Most of the results popping up in Merch Informer are really nice graphic designs- wondering how Typorama basic text shirts can compete with those!
    Thank you so much!

    1) I have links to my tee spring store on Instagram to start getting followers but how do I simultaneously link red bubble and merch by amazon for example ? or do I even need too?
    2) When there is a big event coming up when is a perfect time to get started. I know the answer is as soon as you can but the reason I ask is because I have around a month for the event to come . I just started, few followers, can I still put the shirts out there and see success or its guarantee that the ones who were ahead and have spent on adds will overpower me ? Or how do you even prepare to be successful for a big event? I'm very new .If you could shed some light on that that would be soo awesome :)

I hope that helps!

You talk a lot about how you make good money with these passive income streams but you talk about a lot of different things. I am just curious what you spend your most time on and do more of. Also a bonus question I know you say drop shipping is not recommended by you too much, have you ever tried it yourself?

      Thanks for asking Sean! Print on-demand and affiliate marketing make up somewhere around 80% of my income, then online courses, then youtube. I hope that helps! Also, yes I've done dropshipping and profited too. I'm not a fan of the process, it's far too hands-on compared to other business models.

      No worries! You can connect either PayPal or Payoneer anytime in the future to be paid out. This is on the settings page on Teespring. Your profits will be held in your Teespring account until you payout :)

    Hello Greg good day to you! I asked you a question but got no answer. I imagine you must be very busy. I need to know Greg if teespring is actually doing marketing for me. Is there a way to know when I sell a tshirt if it is from a referral or from teespring marketing for me? I have already sold 32 t-shirts, so i guess I am already on the trust core, but I dont know where are these purchases coming from. Thanks again for your time bro all the best. Eddy.

    • @GregGottfried
      @GregGottfried  Před 4 lety

      Hey Eddy! Sorry for missing this question, still catching up on thousands of comments :) Check the analytics tab on Teespring and also check the orders page and look at the profits. If it's the full profit that you set, then it's from you, if it's a smaller amount of the profit you set on the item, then t's from their marketing (they take a split of the profit when they do paid marketing for that sale). I hope that helps!

    • @GregGottfried
      @GregGottfried  Před 4 lety

      Thanks for asking Samir! I've used Clickfunnels in the past and no longer have a use for it. It's pretty expensive and there are free/low cost options out there that can do the same functionality, if you need it for your business. I can recommend Aweber for emails if you need a "cheap" affiliate friendly email service. I personally use it for emails. Here's my referral link, I think they do a discount of some kind on it :) www.aweber.com/?id=501775 In regards to builderall, I haven't personally used it so I dont have a good recommendation on it. I hope that helps Samir!

    Useful information! I would definitely use your affiliate link if I’m going to make it, because I know it from you 😊 . I want to ask, do you know how to make the text into voice? And better a way to adjust the kind of voice? Like how musicians do with their songs, but not as complicated. Because I know some ways to make text into voice, but the machine voice is just not nice, it works be perfect if it could be more human alike. :) thanks in advance!

    • @GregGottfried
      @GregGottfried  Před 4 lety

      Thanks for the comment! I know exactly what you mean... I think the best solution is to find the best sounding voice on there. I think the British English voices are the best options that sound the most human like. I hope that points you in the right direction!

      @GregGottfried  Před 4 lety +1

      Hey thanks for the comment! At least you're ahead of anyone who is new on how much information you know about the process! I definitely recommend getting started no matter how well you can do the job at first. You'll get better in time and that's all part of the reward at the end. Fiverr is a good place but can be hit or miss. I really recommend doing them yourself, or at least the first ones yourself if you're set on hiring out. Yes, 30 is the benchmark :)

      Hey Aldean, I hope you're doing well! Yes you can :) They have a voiceover tool in the editor that you could use. Or, if you have a video editing software, and are comfortable on it, you can export the video from Invideo with the background music and all, then import it to your editing software, lower the background music, and voice it over there. I hope that helps!

      I can share my experience, so maybe it will help you a bit. I have almost 1000 followers on Instagram, I am posting there daily, usually mock-ups from placeit, posts are getting roughly 100+ likes and sometimes some comment or two. And I don't want to discourage you, but I haven't made a single sale from Instagram lead yet(I have this acc for two months). I also have 700+ designs on Teespring and RedBubble, and 10 on merch by amazon. In total I made 9 sales on redbubble in 3 months, 3 sales on Teespring and none on Amazon(I started amazon very recently tho). I know it might be hard to stay patient, but this is what I'm doing now, I am also creating new designs and posting them on RB and Teespring. Hope my answer gives you some insight, and know that your journey might be completely different, and it might take you shorter/longer to get some sales and eventually lead to success.

      Thanks for asking! KWFinder still offers 10 day free trials with each email address you use. You can either keep using emails for free 10 days, or you can use Google Keyword Planner as free forever option. I currently use Merch Informer, it’s the best option in my opinion. Here’s a video I made on it, hope it helps! czcams.com/video/2JI9VCIhPNI/video.html Also here’s a more detailed comparison of how the 2 are different (there are a couple big differences to be aware of) czcams.com/video/K4aLqnxUS5A/video.html
