Это похоже на эпилепсию. Ничего удивительного тут нет. Самки здоровых детенышей редко бросают, а вот от больных отказываются, понимают что долго не протянут. Люди подбирают детенышей, лечат, но не всегда получается.

It's started to have seizures just after you gave it something to eat. It's was trying to spit it out several times. It looks like too much Ketamine to me.. You staged this all for the camera. You took it off your shoulders as if you knew this was about to happen. It all looks pretty suspicious and of course staged again!

I agree with you findings Gary. Staged but if they continue dosing the way they are there may not be a better outcome. I can only hope that the authorities catch them as owning a protected species without a licence is illegal. Administration of Ketamine is also illegal unless you are a licensed veterinarian or a doctor. If they get caught with Ketamine and no licence they will arrested under the use of class A drugs. Especially if they are in Asia!

Have you ever seen a video of a monkey where it WASN’T eating something? Just about any drug consumed orally takes AT LEAST 15 minutes to reach the blood stream, and closer to 30 to reach peak concentrations. Your accusation has little evidence and doesn’t hold water.

    • @jx3k
      @jx3k Před rokem

@@vixenwalks7736 who said anything about ketamine? What makes you think confiscation of the monkey would come with a drug raid? We’ve seen this happen time and time again; authorities come, they confiscate the monkey and euthanize it. That’s it. If the government actually cared they’d shut down the vendors and street markets. They’ll do just enough to stop you from complaining, and you can’t complain about a suffering animal after they’ve euthanized it. You’re fooling yourself if you expect anything else.

  • @Energy-Alchemy
    @Energy-Alchemy Před rokem +101

As a veterinarian, it would appear that this monkey is, most likely, epileptic. The type of seizure being experienced, here, is called a Generalized Tonic-Clonic Seizure, and it is characterized by a cycle of 5 distinct phases. Firstly, the tonic period occurs; wherein, the body, arms, and legs, will noticeably flex and extend, and tremors (shaking) will be exhibited. Following this, the clonic period takes place, and the muscles can be seen, contracting and relaxing, as the postictal period of the seizure is, then, approached. During the postictal period, the sudden onset of fatigue, in the individual, may manifest, and temporary issues with speech, or with sight, are frequently exhibited.. It is also quite common, at this time, for someone to develop a moderate to severe headache, as well as body aches, all while still experiencing fatigue/sleepiness, due to overexertion of the body and brain, during the initial phases of the seizure. Epilepsy is actually very common, amongst humans and monkeys, alike. However, epilepsy is only diagnosed, upon experiencing two or more seizures, with no known cause. I can't be certain, simply based on this, one video, that this monkey has experienced any other seizures, besides the one depicted in the footage, either prior to, or following, it. Nonetheless, based upon my own, personal experience as a vet, and by assessing the circumstances surrounding this seizure, as well as taking into consideration, the age, and developmental stage, of the monkey, I do feel quite confident that epilepsy is going to be the most likely diagnosis, in this case. You are definitely going to want to take a trip to your vet, as soon as possible, though, in order to have the monkey examined, and to have tests run, that will ultimately be able to confirm this diagnosis. A physical examination will need to be done, and it will be important for you to discuss, with the vet, the monkey's history, in terms of what it has, recently, consumed, encountered, or experienced, in order for it to be determined, whether or not this seizure carries the possibility of having been caused by some type of allergy, adverse reaction to drugs/medications, or head injury, as opposed to being rooted in epilepsy. Your vet will, likely, also want to run a spectrum of neurological tests, on the monkey, including an EEG (electroencephalogram), so that the electrical activity of the brain can be assessed, and an MRI or CT scan, so analysis of brain imaging can take place. Also, bloodwork should be done, so that factors, such as blood-glucose levels, can be checked, and conditions, commonly known to cause seizures, such as diabetes, can be ruled out. I genuinely hope ypu do, in fact, actually end up taking this monkey to the vet. Far too often, I come across channels, on CZcams, where monkey owners are regularly seen, providing their pets with their own versions of botched, at-home medical care, rather than leaving these things to a medical professional. Sadly, in 9 out of 10 of these situations, I have, clearly, recognized the owners to be causing far more harm than good, to their animals; inflicting them with increased levels of pain, suffering, fear, trauma, and anxiety, and in some, particularly tragic cases, even expediting the deaths of these poor creatures. Without a formal, medical education/background, these people are, simply, not qualified, to be diagnosing, assessing, treating, medicating, or, otherwise, deriving care regimens, of any type. I just truly hope you seek out the proper, formal medical care, for this monkey, as opposed to taking matters into your own hands. Under the knowledgeable care of an actual veterinarian, a factual diagnosis can be made, and if, indeed, epilepsy is confirmed, then a wide array of treatment options will be available, that can greatly help to lessen the frequency of seizures, and to minimize the severity of those that do occur. If medicated effectively, this monkey should be able to live quite a normal, and enjoyable, life. Like I said, I truly hope you do the right thing, by seeking out veterinary care! In the meantime, if there is anything I can possibly help you with, or if you have any questions or concerns, regarding the circumstances at hand, then please don't hesitate to reach out to me! I'm be more than happy to assist you, in any way I can!🐵❤️🙂❤️🙃❤️🐵

And they care enough to do what you have suggested? No chance. They are props to these people. They are readily availble from poachers.Very sad but very true. You have just wasted a suggestion on them😩 but it was a really interesting read.
These baby monkeys are tortured, probably has had as a brain injury at some point. You could see how he just pulled him from his shoulders.Alex is their meal ticket.
The acting in the video was awful with everyone trying to deal with what was happening to this baby.Poor Alex. I didnt sense any real concern for his welfare at all
      .
If you go onto Vet crew on IG they rescued a monkey called Tosya from a petting zoo By the time they got to him he was really ill but Val and Leonid were able to save him (both vets) however will be on lifetime treatment and will never survive in the wild.
They have built an outside enclosure for Tosya and they love him dearly but they will say monkeys are NOT pets.Their first choice would have been to return Tosys to the wild with his own kind.He is a barbary macque and was only 2 months when they rescued him
.In general these babies get taken from their mothers and really struggle to adapt living with humans. They get depressed and spend their lives bent over and calling for their mothers.
As they get to an age where they are difficult to handle they pull out their incisors and if that doesn't they get dumped into a troupe of abandoned monkeys.(if they are lucky)
What they do is down right abuse to these animals.

Yet ANOTHER of the hundreds of CZcams sponsored “Abuse Channels.”
The formula for Success: SUFFERING = VIEWS = MONEY
These channel operators poach tiny, helpless primate newborns, that weigh less than a pound, that have emotions and feelings like we do, that experience pain and fear like we do, that constantly for their mothers, and heartlessly use them for profit.
Monkeys look a little like human babies so it’s easy to SEE terror and pain. They put the baby in anxiety producing situations. The baby is often alone, scared, crying, hungry, or injured. They set the stage, put the infant into the scene and roll tape.
The endless supply of newborn macaque monkeys are yanked off their mothers, as they cling with all their might. They put several of them in a box with no food or water, and ship them to anyone who wants them, as many as you want. Next stop - the “Baby Monkey UNBOXING Channels”. You can go to these channels to specifically watch endless videos where they open up a box of half dead babies, pick them up, look at them put them back in the box etc. Then they cram bottles in their mouths force feeding them because they are too weak to swallow. If the survive that then next will be the BATH videos.
There are pending court cases against CZcams for allowing, some say encouraging, this abuse of animals for profit. Many “Monkey Torture” channels have been taken down, and if you Report severe abuse, sometimes CZcams will eventually take the video down.
Because flagrant and graphic monkey torture videos are less acceptable, and are being taken down, the operators need another way to make money on their monkeys, so the Monkey Channels evolved, ironically into Representing themselves as Humanitarians, and Animal Rescuers. Now they are inexplicably finding and “rescuing” compromised and abandoned baby monkeys every day of the week, and in the most unusual circumstances. In other words, staged.
The babies are often healthy when the first posted from the mother, but over time get sicker, have falls, become injured, and so on. Sometimes it takes weeks before the poor things die, but it does produce lots of content for the Channel operator.
There are perhaps hundreds of BABY Monkey Channels, there are no Middle Aged Monkey Channels. They just dump these babies who can’t survive in the wild.
Primates are not pets. Please do not support these Monkey Channels with views and Report any and all abuse.

Absolutely incredible, that some people, "Karen" again, want to say their giving it something to cause seizures. Daisy Dieguez, your just not happy unless you have something to bit.. about. Your only happy when criticizing others. You think your better than everyone else. I hope one day karma visits you and you finally learn your not better than any of us. There's absolutely no medication that they could be giving this poor monkey, that would for Sure Die in the Wild, to cause This Seizure activity, as you say, on command, for the camera. Sometimes shit happens. Sometimes people and every kind of animal, and this is a primate, is born with congenital problems that cause Seizures.
How dare you accuse people without proof. And sitting in your chair at home, in relative comfort, doesn't give you the right to judge others that you know nothing about. Watching a few CZcams videos makes you an expert? Just shut up.

He's a monkey. These people live in Cambodia and apparently work at a farm or own a farm. I seriously doubt that there is a neurological monkey specialist or that they have the money to pay him if he was there or she was there to see him. Are you out of your damn mind? They're going to feed it and not let it get eaten by whatever other creatures there could eat it. And hopefully it won't have too many painful seizures and if it does or going to hit it in the head with a stick and it's going to die quickly instead of slowly. If it's really lucky, they might even inject it with poison so it dies instantly instead of having to have its skull crushed. Either way, no one's taking that monkey to a neurologist

Don't pick him up and move him or shake him. Just let it happen. If hes on concrete o4 hard floor put a shirt or your hand under his head or face depending on how hes fallen so his skull won't wack the floor if he tremors to violently.
I had a friend when I was young who was epilectic.
His mother told me what to do if it happens the very first day I met him.
Its scary to see it for the first time when a person does it.
Stress loud noises and getting too excited triggered them.

100% he’s having a seizure. My brother has had a seizure disorder since birth and my dog has seizures. Do not shake him. Let the seizure pass by just leaving him where he is or comforting him in your arms. Do not put your hands near his mouth, seizures cause clamping of the jaws sometimes and you could injure you or him. He needs to see a vet, especially if they become more frequent.

If he isn't on an anti seizure medication like Phenobarbital he needs to be. Every time the person/pet has a seizure, the entire system is screwed up. The biggest problem with them is during the seizure (called the ichtole phase) the body temp rises. At 105* and up, the brain is almost literally frying and if medical intervention is not given the pet will die or suffer permanent brain damage.Keep all hands fingers toes etc away from the mouth while the seizure is going on. Talk slowly and softly while petting because the pet will be scared and confused after the episode(after seizure is called the (post ichtole phase).

If anything these people did the right thing by continuously talking because the monkey will recognize their voices and it brings a sense of familiarity to the monkey when he starts to wake

I mean an actual honest to God seizure and not just what's often referred to as one by VO's when a monkey throws a tantrum. Your monkey has epilepsy; it is not a rare condition in primates; humans get it. It can usually be controlled by a variety of medicines; your veterinarian can prescribe it to him based on his weight, type of epilepsy, age, etc. He can lead and happy and full, long life with controlled epilepsy, so please take him to the vet clinic. Remember, certain foods or conditions can trigger a seizure, such as flashing or strobing lights, coffee, tea, sodas with caffeine, or any food he may have an allergy to, like nuts, white flour, etc.. If you notice that he seems to have seizures after eating or drinking certain foods, please make a note of fit and avoid them. You'll soon recognize familiar conditions or triggers.
